MountDev Ops Workspace documentation | Updated October 9, 2026
People shows your team in one place: who they are, their roles and groups, what each person costs an hour, and the hours they worked, by week and by project, with what those hours cost.
Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
Where to Find It
Owners and admins select the Settings gear at the bottom of the menu, then People, beside Staff and Roles. Hours and Pay on the Staff page opens it too, for everyone, and so does the address people.
Your Team
Owners and admins see everyone in the workspace, from the Staff page: each person's name, their role (Owner, Admin, or Member), their role in each app, the groups they are in, and their pay rate today. Nothing is changed here, so there is never a second place for it: Edit on the Staff Page opens the Staff page, where each person's Edit holds their role and their pay rate, and Groups opens the Groups tab.
Hours and Cost
The hours come from your workspace's own time tracking: every time entry in every app, whoever logged it, with timers and time brought in from another system included (action core.people.hours).
- Weeks run Monday to Sunday. People shows the last 8 weeks up to the week you choose. Previous Week and Next Week move it, and This Week comes back.
- By person: each person's hours for the chosen week and for all 8 weeks, and for owners and admins what those hours cost.
- By week: each of the 8 weeks with everyone's hours and cost together.
- By project: the projects worked on in the chosen week, with their hours, their cost, and how many people worked on each. Time on a project's task counts toward the project. Time on another kind of record, such as a ticket, is listed under that record, and time not on any record yet is Unassigned.
- What hours cost: each entry's hours times the person's pay rate on the day of the entry, so a raise never changes past weeks. A salary counts as the salary divided by 2,080 hours. Hours from someone with no pay rate that day are counted and marked No pay rate, never guessed.
The page refreshes on its own when time or pay rates change.
Download CSV
Download CSV saves the 8 weeks shown as a spreadsheet file (action core.people.hours.export), with one line for each person, week, and project: the week's first and last day, the person, their email, the project or record, what kind of record it is, and the hours (2 decimal places). Owners and admins also get the cost. The button says Preparing until the file is ready.
Who Sees What
- Owners and admins see everyone's hours, their pay rates, and what their hours cost.
- Everyone else sees only their own hours, by week and by project, with no rate and no cost. A person's pay is never shown to them or to their teammates.
- AI agents and API keys never see People, and are never listed in it. Time an AI agent logs with its own API key address is the agent's, shown with its costs on each project (Project Costs).
