Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

What a Project Costs

Owners and admins see what each project cost on its page, under Cost (action projects.cost, permission projects.costs, which owners and admins have):

  • People: each person's hours on the project and its tasks, times the pay rate they had on the day of each entry. Hours from someone with no pay rate that day are counted as hours and marked No pay rate, never guessed.
  • AI agents: what an AI agent working on the project cost, such as an AI assistant your business runs, listed by its name beside the people, with how many answers it gave.
  • Total: people and AI agents together.

The same numbers, for the whole team in a week, are on Home for owners and admins.

AI Agent Costs

AI agent costs come in from the system that runs the agent, one row per answer, each with the project (or the project's Code), the task when there is one (or its title), the agent's name, and its cost in dollars (action projects.agent_costs.import, owners and admins). Each row names its id in that system, so sending it again never counts it twice. A row for a project that is not here is left out and named in the result, never put somewhere else.

Who Sees Costs

Only owners and admins. Members never see pay or costs, and AI agents your company connects and API keys can never read them.
