Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

Every update passes all 2,069 automated checks before it ships, plus screen tests on 9 screen sizes for everything it changes.

The Bell

The bell at the top of the menu, beside sign out, shows what is waiting for you, with a count of what you have not read (action core.bell.list): a direct message, a mention, a reply from your chat assistant, and whatever else your apps tell you. Each notice says what happened and opens the right place when you tap it, marking it read. Mark All Read clears the count (action core.bell.read). Several messages in one conversation stay one notice while it is unread ("3 new messages from Mia Member"), with the newest words under it. Opening the conversation itself marks its notices read too.

Notices are yours alone: nobody else sees them, and an AI agent or an API key never reads or changes them.

Notifications on Your Devices

Turn on notifications on each phone or computer you use (the bell's Turn On Notifications on This Device), and that device is told when something new is on your bell, even while the workspace is closed (actions core.push.key and core.push.subscribe). Send a Test sends one to every device you turned on (action core.push.test), and Turn Off stops this device (action core.push.unsubscribe).

  • The notification carries no content at all: nothing about your business passes through Apple, Google, Mozilla, or Microsoft. The device asks your workspace what is waiting and shows only what kind of notice it is, such as New Message or Ticket Update, never a name or the words (action core.bell.latest). The details are inside the workspace, behind your sign-in.
  • A burst of messages in one conversation buzzes a device at most once every three minutes.
  • On an iPhone or iPad, add the workspace to your Home Screen first (Install App); notifications work there.
  • Your workspace has its own key that proves each notification came from it, made the first time anyone turns notifications on and kept sealed with your company's key.
