MountDev Ops Workspace
Signing in, your data, people and roles, and everything every app shares. Updated October 7, 2026

Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
What the Workspace Is
The workspace is where your company uses every MountDev Ops app. You sign in once, with your Cascadia account, and every app you use is one click away. Your company's data lives in its own separate database, with its own encryption key, and no one at Cascadia Web Services can open it.
In These Docs
- How Your Data Is Protected: your own database and encryption key, why Cascadia Web Services cannot open your data, and how updates protect it.
- The Workspace: signing in, the menu, switching apps, Managed Services and Account pages, support, and your settings.
- Update Notices: how you hear about what changed.
- Apps: adding CRM, Helpdesk, Billing, and the apps that follow.
- Helpdesk: client email as tickets, and replying by email.
- Importing: bringing records in from another system or a file, safely, as many times as needed.
- Modules and Fields: the one set of rules for changing, turning off, and deleting every module and field.
- Records: adding, changing, finding, and deleting records, and each record's history.
- Usage: what counts as usage, what is included with what you pay for, and how the Usage panel shows your next bill.
- People and Roles: who can use your workspace and what each role can do, plus the activity log.
- Roles: what members may see and change in each app, and record owners.
- AI Agents: connecting Claude or another AI app to your workspace, what it can and can never do, and disconnecting it.
