Who Email Pro fits best
Businesses juggling three suppliers for one mailbox
The sending itself, the records that prove it is you, and somebody watching for the day it stops working, all handled by one team. One invoice and one history, rather than three suppliers pointing at each other.
Companies that hear about email problems from customers
Email fails quietly and takes revenue with it. Watching it is cheap; finding out from a customer is not.
Agencies reporting this for their clients
You can sell the outcome without hiring for it. We run the technical and content work under your brand, deliver reporting you can pass straight to a client, and stay out of the relationship.
How it works
1. We read your domain as it stands
We start by reading your domain as it stands: what sends as you, what the records say, and whether anything is already listed.
2. We set up sending, records and watching
Sending, authentication and monitoring are set up in that order, so the mail works before the records are enforced and the watching starts on a clean baseline.
3. You get the picture every month
After that it runs itself, and you hear from us when something needs you.

Answers to common Email Pro questions
Weighing us against another option? Our comparisons take the main ones in turn.
What is included in Email Pro?
Transactional Email, Email Authentication and Deliverability Monitoring on one plan: the sending, the proving and the watching.
Why buy them together?
They fail as one problem. Separately they are $93 a month and three conversations; together they are $79 and one team.
What does the transactional part do?
It delivers the mail your site sends. Ten thousand messages a month are included, every send lands in a delivery log in your portal, and bounces and failures are recorded with it. There is nothing to install or configure.
What does the authentication part do?
It gets SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly and keeps them right as your senders change. The reports are parsed for you each week, enforcement is switched on when it is safe rather than on day one, and you are told when someone else sends as you.
What does the monitoring part do?
Checks the major blocklists daily and tracks your sending reputation, telling you the day either changes.
Do I need all three?
No. You can take any of the three on its own. Bought separately they come to $93 a month; together they are $79, set up and watched by the same people.
Will this fix mail landing in spam?
It fixes the causes we can control: authentication, reputation and listings. If your content or sending habits are the problem we will tell you that instead.
What do you need from me?
Access to your DNS, and a list of the services that send as you. Nothing is installed on your website.
Does it replace Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
No. Those are your mailboxes. This is everything around them: what your systems send, what proves it is you, and whether it arrives.
How long until it is working?
Records go up within a day or two of getting DNS access, and the sending templates are usually built the same week. Warming is the slow part, because volume has to rise gradually before live traffic depends on it. Plan on two to three weeks before everything is running at full volume.
What if I already have some of this?
Then we use what is there. You are not charged twice, and we will say so if a part is already done properly.
What history do you keep?
Ninety days across all three, in one place rather than three.
Who do I contact when something breaks?
Us, once, and it is our job to work out which part of it failed.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. It is monthly, and the records stay in your DNS.
