Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
Every update passes all 2,809 automated checks before it ships, plus screen tests on 9 screen sizes for everything it changes.
What Happens to Your Websites and Services
The shared engine keeps no list of your websites and no copy of your subscriptions. When a call needs them, your workspace works out the facts from your own CRM and Subscriptions, puts them in that one call, and sends nothing else. The engine uses them for the call and forgets them. Your records stay where they are, and nothing about your account is stored outside your workspace for this.
What a Call Can Carry
A call asks for one website or for every website of your company, and can ask for the subscriptions of the companies those websites belong to.
For each website: its domain, name, status, hosting, platform, its company, the things your team watches on it (key pages, forms and page elements to check, how often, extra checks, competitors, AI assistants, pinned plugins, and nightly updates), the services it has, and the product codes behind them.
For each subscription: its status, how often it is billed, its dates, its company, who is billed, and its lines. Each line has its product code and name, the website it is for, its quantity, its dates, and its state (Setting Up or Active).
What a Call Never Carries
- No price, discount, or amount of money.
- No note, key, or password.
- No weekly subscription. Work is billed from proposals, never by the week.
- No other company's records. A workspace builds facts from its own records only.
How Services Are Worked Out
A website has a service when an active subscription has a line for it that has not ended. A line is for the website it names; a line with no website is for the websites its Details name ("Related Websites: example.com"); a line that names none is for its company's only active website. A line that names none and has more than one active website to choose from is left unplaced, never guessed.
Limits
A call carries at most 200 websites. Ask for a few at a time when there are more.
