Page Optimization
Page Optimization: four pages rewritten every month, and the work that makes them rank
Rankings do not move because someone audited them. They move because the pages got better. Four pages a month, rewritten around what your buyers actually search for, with the technical work that lets them rank.
With Cascadia you get
Technical fixes included
Written, not generated
Approved before it goes live
WordPress specialists, not generalists
Facts checked before publication
You own everything we write
Why teams start here
Technical fixes included
An audit tells you what is wrong. We fix it.
Written, not generated
Every page is written by a person who understands what you sell, checked for accuracy, and approved by you before it goes live.
Approved before it goes live
Every draft comes to you before anything is published. If a page is not right, say so and we rewrite it, and there is no limit on revisions within that month’s four pages.

An audit ends with a list and an invoice. The work is further in: the writing, the schema, the internal links, and somebody making sure the fixes reach the site rather than the inbox.
| An audit and a list of fixes | Page Optimization | |
|---|---|---|
| Pages | Listed as needing work | Four rewritten every month, existing ones improved rather than replaced |
| Writing | Yours to do | Written by a person who understands what you sell, then checked for accuracy |
| Schema | Recommended, not implemented | Implemented, with headings and internal links to match |
| Fixes | Passed back to you | Handled by us: indexing, crawl problems and redirects when a page moves |
| Follow-through | Nobody’s job | Four pages every month, with what changed and what it moved written down |
| Upkeep | The audit goes stale | Content kept current rather than left to age |

Who Page Optimization fits best
Companies that want pages written by a person
Every page is written by someone who understands what you sell, checked for accuracy, and approved by you before it goes live. Four pages a month, rewritten around what your buyers actually search for, with the technical work that lets them rank.
Teams left with an audit and nobody to write
Rankings move because the pages got better, not because somebody audited them. Writing is the part most agencies quietly hand back to you.
Agencies reporting this for their clients
You can sell the outcome without hiring for it. We run the technical and content work under your brand, deliver reporting you can pass straight to a client, and stay out of the relationship.
How it works
1. We agree the four pages
We start by agreeing which four pages come first, and why those four rather than others.
2. We write, you approve, it goes live
The four pages are agreed with you first, then written, then checked for accuracy. Technical work such as schema, internal links and redirects happens alongside, because a well written page that cannot be found is worth nothing.
3. You get the picture every month
Each month four more pages are done, and you get a note of what changed and what it moved.

Answers to common Page Optimization questions
Weighing us against another option? Our comparisons take the main ones in turn.
What do I actually get each month?
Four pages rewritten, published and looked after: the words, the structure, the schema that describes what the page is, and the internal links that connect it to the rest of the site. Nothing is published without your approval.
Why four pages and not more?
Because four pages written properly beat twenty rewritten quickly. Each one needs research into what your buyers actually search for, a draft, your review, and the technical work that lets it rank. If you want more, the add-on doubles it.
Who writes the content?
We do, and a person does the writing. The draft goes to you before anything is published, and we will not publish a claim about your business that you have not confirmed.
Do you rewrite existing pages or create new ones?
Usually both. Existing pages are often close to right and held back by structure or focus. New pages get built where there is a question your buyers ask that nothing on your site answers.
How long before it moves anything?
Technical improvements can show within weeks. Content usually takes two to four months to settle, and competitive terms take longer. Anyone promising faster is guessing.
How is this different from an SEO audit?
An audit gives you a list of problems. This is the work. We do the fixing and the writing rather than handing you a document and an invoice.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to the site, and about an hour at the start to talk through what you sell and who buys it. After that, your time is spent reviewing drafts.
Do I keep the content if I stop?
Yes. Everything we write is yours, stays on your site, and keeps working whether you continue or not.
How do you decide which pages to do first?
By what is closest to earning something: pages that already rank on page two, service pages with weak intent coverage, and questions your buyers ask that you do not answer yet.
Does this include technical fixes?
The ones tied to the pages we work on: schema, internal links, headings, indexing problems and redirects when a page moves. Site-wide speed work sits with Managed WordPress Performance.
Will you work on a site you did not build?
Yes, and most of our work is on sites built by somebody else. We do not require you to move hosting or rebuild anything.
How does this compare with Visibility Pro?
This is the writing and the technical work on its own. Visibility Pro is the same thing with AI Visibility and Search Reporting included, so you can see what the work moved rather than taking our word for it.
What happens if I do not like a draft?
Say so and we rewrite it. Nothing goes live without your approval, and there is no limit on revisions within the four pages for that month.
Can I pause it?
Yes. It is monthly and you can stop at any time. Pages already published stay exactly as they are.
