How the Affiliate Program Works

You Apply
The Become an Affiliate application takes a few minutes and ends with you reading and accepting the Affiliate Program Agreement. A person reviews every application. The program is open to people and businesses based in the United States, paid to a United States bank account.

You Share Your Link
Anyone who arrives through your link, or your verified affiliate badge, is credited to you for 90 days. The first valid referral wins.

You Earn on Recurring Services
When a business you referred pays for recurring services, you earn your tier’s commission on what they paid (they pay us directly at our website prices), for six or twelve months from their first payment.

You Are Paid Monthly
Commission becomes available 30 days after your referral’s payment succeeds and is paid every month with no minimum, to your United States bank account through Stripe Connect, which you set up from your affiliate area after approval.

Three Affiliate Tiers
Your tier is set every morning from what the businesses you referred paid us for recurring services over the last six months. Your rate follows your tier each month.
Drop below your tier and you keep it for one more month. Your affiliate score can shorten that grace, and your affiliate area says plainly what is affecting it.
What Earns, and What Does Not
Recurring Services Only
Commission is earned on recurring services: hosting, care plans, monitoring, and the rest of what is billed each month or year. Project work and one-time services earn no commission.
Only Payments That Succeed
Commission is earned when your referral’s payment succeeds, and taken back if that payment is refunded or charged back.
Pass-Through Costs Earn Nothing
Usage overages, domains, plugin and software licenses, and AI usage billed at cost earn no commission.
Timed Commission, and How Partners Differ
Affiliates: Timed
You earn for six months from each client’s first payment at Registered, and twelve months at Select and Preferred.
Partners: For as Long as the Client Stays
Agencies in our Partner Program earn their tier’s rate on referred clients for as long as the client stays with us.
Commission Pays Your Bill First
If you are also our client, commission is applied to your own open invoice first, and the rest is paid to your bank.
Good Standing
Past Due on Your Own Bill
Commission is held, not lost, and released automatically once your account is current.
A Lower Affiliate Score
Your rate follows your tier, so a score that moves you down a tier lowers your rate until it recovers.
Removed for Cause
Commission stops from the day you are removed. What you earned before that is still paid.
The Rules
No Spam, No Brand Bidding
No unsolicited messages, and no paid ads bidding on our name. Disclose your commission wherever you promote us, as the FTC requires.
No Self-Referrals
You can’t earn on yourself or your own businesses.
Companies That Are Already Ours
Companies that are already our clients, already referred by someone else, or on our do-not-contact list can’t be registered or credited.
Questions About the Affiliate Program
When am I paid?
Every month, with no minimum, to a United States bank account through Stripe Connect. Commission becomes available 30 days after your referral’s payment succeeds. Stripe collects any tax forms it needs, such as Form W-9.
How long is a referral credited to me?
90 days from the first click on your link or badge. The business’s first paid invoice must come inside that window.
Does project work earn commission?
No. Commission is earned on recurring services only.
Where are the full terms?
In the Affiliate Program Agreement, which you read and accept in the application.
