AI Pro

AI Pro: your AI connected, controlled and accounted for

Your assistants connected to your tools with permissions that hold, every call logged and capped, and sensitive data stopped before it leaves. Handled as one thing.

With Cascadia you get

Permissions that actually hold
One plan, one invoice
Set up by us, start to finish
Runs on our Cloudflare account
Nothing installed on your machines
Your data stays yours

Why teams start here

Permissions that actually hold

Each person signs in as themselves rather than sharing a key, and every assistant is scoped per service and per ability. Read the CRM but not export it. File a ticket but not close one.

One plan, one invoice

Each part is set up by us and watched. You get one invoice and one team rather than three products to configure yourself.

Set up by us, start to finish

You do not configure three products and then wire them together. We put the gateway in front of your providers, connect your people to your tools through MCP, and switch scanning on behind it, then watch all of it for you.

What three separate products leave to you, and what AI Pro handles

Any of the three can be bought on its own. What you take on by buying them separately is the wiring between them: three setups to configure, three invoices to reconcile, three histories to search, and nobody watching the whole of it.

Who AI Pro fits best

Companies with AI usage nobody has capped

Every call logged and capped, permissions that hold when an assistant asks for more than it should, and sensitive data stopped before it leaves. Set up by us and watched, on one invoice rather than three products to configure yourself.

Teams using AI with nobody setting the rules

Your team is already using AI. The question is who decided what it may reach, what it costs, and what it must not send.

Agencies reporting this for their clients

You can sell the outcome without hiring for it. We run the technical and content work under your brand, deliver reporting you can pass straight to a client, and stay out of the relationship.

Ready to hand off all of it?

We watch all of it so you do not have to.

How it works

1. We connect what you have

We start by connecting what you have: your tools, your providers, your people.

2. We set the rules and watch it

Everything is set up in one pass: people connected with permissions that hold, the gateway in front of your providers, and scanning switched on behind it.

3. You get the picture every month

Each month you get one report covering all three, rather than three to reconcile.

Answers to common AI Pro questions

Weighing us against another option? Our comparisons take the main ones in turn.
What is AI Pro?
The three AI services on one plan: Managed MCP for five people, AI Gateway in front of your providers, and Content Guardrails scanning what passes through it. Each part is set up by us and watched, and you get one invoice and one activity log rather than three products to configure yourself.
What each assistant may do, per service and per ability: read the CRM but not export it, file a ticket but not close one. Everyone signs in as themselves, so every action is recorded against a name rather than against a shared key, and there is no limit on the apps or assistants you connect.
Yes. You can take any part on its own; the plan is simply cheaper and managed as one thing.
No. Nothing is installed on anyone’s machine.
Setup starts within two business days, and the first full picture arrives within a week.
Yes. Everything each part records is kept for 90 days, in one history.
One plan covers what your assistants may do, what your AI calls cost, and what your staff must not send. Those are three different problems with one buyer.
Yes. Any of the three can be taken on its own and the rest added later. The plan is the same parts managed as one thing, so moving onto it does not mean starting again.
The gateway handles both. Spend caps and rate limits are enforced there rather than discovered on an invoice, caching stops the same answer being paid for twice, and when a provider fails the gateway falls back to another one.
A conversation about your tools, your people and your providers.
Ours. Managed MCP runs on our own Cloudflare account with Cloudflare Access in front of it, and the gateway sits there too, so there is nothing installed on your machines. Your provider keys stay yours and your data stays yours.
Five people are included, so a small team is usually inside the plan rather than at the edge of it. The problems it solves do not scale with headcount either: one uncapped provider key, or one card number in a prompt, costs the same at any size.
One report covering all three parts rather than three to reconcile: what was spent and by which application, what was caught and where it came from, and what changed since last month.
No. It runs as a standalone monthly plan on whatever hosting you already use, and nothing is installed on your site. What it changes is how you buy the three AI services, not where the rest of your setup lives.
