Store Watch

Store Watch: a real test order through your real checkout, every week

A checkout breaks quietly, and the first sign is usually a quiet week in the orders. Each week we push a test order through your real checkout and confirm the cart, the payment step, the confirmation page and the receipt email, and tell you the same morning if a step fails.

With Cascadia you get

A real test order every week
Every step confirmed, not just the page
Told the same morning a step fails
A real order, not an uptime ping
Every step confirmed before we call it good
No test orders left in your books

Why teams start here

A real test order every week

A checkout breaks quietly: a gateway credential expires, a plugin update swallows the confirmation email, a shipping rule blocks a ZIP code.

Every step confirmed, not just the page

Each week we push a test order through the real checkout and confirm the cart, the payment step, the confirmation page and the receipt email, the way a customer would meet them.

Told the same morning a step fails

When a step fails you hear about it from us that morning, rather than from the customer who could not buy, or from a quiet week in the orders.

What you get

What uptime monitoring tells you, and what it misses

A page can load perfectly while the checkout is broken. The useful part is further in: whether the payment step completed, whether the receipt arrived, and who finds out first.

Who Store Watch fits best

Shops where nobody buys for a day and nobody notices

A checkout breaks quietly. A gateway credential expires, a plugin update swallows the confirmation email, a shipping rule blocks a ZIP code, and the orders simply stop without anything looking wrong.

Owners who update plugins and hope

Every plugin update is a chance for the checkout to break in a way no page test would catch. A real order through the real checkout each week is what catches it.

Agencies reporting this for their clients

You can sell the outcome without hiring for it. We run the technical and content work under your brand, deliver reporting you can pass straight to a client, and stay out of the relationship.

Want to know your checkout still works?

We agree the product, the payment method and the delivery option with you, and the first test runs this week.

How it works

1. We set up the test order

We agree a product, a payment method and a delivery option that match how your customers actually buy, so the test follows a real path rather than a shortcut.

2. We run it every week

The order goes through the live checkout: the cart, the payment step, the confirmation page and the receipt email, each one confirmed. The test order is then cleared so it does not sit in your reports.

3. We tell you the morning it fails

When a step fails you get a message that morning naming the step and what we saw, rather than a red light on a dashboard nobody is watching. Ninety days of tests are kept, week by week.

Answers to common Store Watch questions

Weighing us against another option? Our comparisons take the main ones in turn.
What does Store Watch actually include?
A test order through your real checkout every week, with the cart, the payment step, the confirmation page and the receipt email all confirmed. If a step fails you hear that morning, and no test orders are left in your reports.
Uptime monitoring tells you the page loaded. It does not tell you the payment step failed, the receipt never arrived, or a shipping rule is blocking half your ZIP codes. The only way to know those work is to buy something.
No. The order is cleared after the test, so your revenue figures and your stock stay clean.
Within the first week. Agreeing the product, the payment method and the delivery option is the work; after that the test runs on its own.
We agree with you beforehand how the payment step is handled and cleared on your gateway, so the test proves the path without leaving anything behind in your books.
Access to your store, a product we can order, and a note of any payment or delivery option you want covered. That is all.
Yes. If different payment methods or delivery options matter to you, we agree which ones and cover them in the weekly run.
The step that failed and what we saw when it failed, rather than a red light. That is usually enough to know whether it is the gateway, the site, or a rule somebody changed.
Store Watch checks that the checkout still works. Cart Recovery follows up the people who did not finish buying. They are separate services, and Commerce Pro carries both along with Review Requests.
We tell you the step that failed and what we saw. Repairing a broken plugin or a hosting problem is covered by the WordPress services rather than by this one.
Ninety days, week by week, so you can see when a step started failing and what the test looked like before it did.
Nothing that changes how your shop works. The test order is placed the way a customer would place it.
We do not repair the checkout or the plugins behind it under this service, and we do not test gateways you do not use. Cart follow-up is Cart Recovery, and review invitations are Review Requests.
Yes. It is monthly, and it can be switched off in a day. Nothing is left behind on your shop.
