How the Partner Program Works

You Apply
The Become a Partner application takes a few minutes in short steps, saves as you go, and ends with you reading and accepting the Partner Agreement. A person reviews every application, usually within two business days. The program is open to businesses based in the United States, paid to a United States bank account.

You Are Approved and Placed in Your Tier
Approval opens your partner area in your account and places you in Registered Partner, the first tier, with your partner discount on recurring services from the start.

You Sell Under Your Brand or Ours
Bundle our services with your own work; your clients are yours. White label them under your own brand at any price you set. Sold under the Cascadia name, so your clients know the service is ours, each service is priced exactly as on our website, and your partner discount is your margin.

Your Tier Follows Your Spend
Every morning we look at the last six months of recurring spend: your own bill plus what clients you referred pay us directly. Reach the next tier and your discount rises on its own. Your partner area shows exactly how far you are from the next one.
Three Partner Tiers
Tiers move on their own, checked every morning, from a rolling six months of recurring spend. Your discount and the spend each tier needs are in your partner area once you are approved, and are confidential under the Partner Agreement.
Drop below your tier and you keep it for one more month. Your partner score can shorten that grace, and your partner area says plainly what is affecting it and what to improve.
What Earns, and What Does Not
Recurring Services Only
Your discount and your commission apply to recurring services: hosting, care plans, monitoring, and the rest of what is billed each month or year. Project work and one-time services are billed at list price.
Pass-Through Costs Are at Cost
Usage overages, domains, plugin and software licenses, and AI usage billed at cost are passed through as they are, with no discount and no commission.
Commission on Clients You Refer
Refer a client who pays us directly, at our website prices, and you earn your tier’s commission rate on their recurring services for as long as they stay with us, and their spend counts toward your tier. A client on your own bill gets your discount instead, never both.
Commission Pays Your Bill First
Applied as a Credit
Commission becomes available 30 days after your referred client’s payment succeeds. Each month, available commission is applied first to your own open invoice, as its own Referral Commission Credit section showing each client, the period, the recurring amount, the rate, and the commission.
The Rest Goes to Your Bank
Anything left is paid to your United States bank account through Stripe Connect, set up from your partner area after approval. Stripe collects any tax forms it needs. It all happens on its own.
A Statement Every Month
Your partner area has a Commission Statement for every month, with each client, what is held, and what was paid, as a PDF or a CSV.
Good Standing
Past Due on Your Own Bill
Commission is held, not lost, and released automatically once your account is current.
A Lower Partner Score
Your rate follows your tier, so a score that moves you down a tier lowers your rate until it recovers.
Removed for Cause
Commission stops from the day you are removed. What you earned before that is still paid.

Every client you look after in one place, with their websites and services. Branded reports and a branded client portal in your name are coming soon.
Your Own Portal Address, Coming Soon
Your clients’ portal on your own address, like portal.youragency.com, in your brand, is coming soon. You will share your domain’s DNS with us in Cloudflare, and we set it up.

Questions About the Partner Program
Who can apply?
Agencies, freelancers, consultancies, and IT providers who look after websites for clients, based in the United States, with a United States bank account for payouts. A person reviews every application.
Can I set my own prices?
Under your own brand, yes: when you white label our services, charge any price you choose and bundle them with your own work. If you sell our services under the Cascadia name, so your clients know the service is ours, your prices match the prices on our website exactly, and your partner discount is your margin. A client you refer pays us directly at our website prices.
Do I pay my own bill?
Yes. You pay us for the services on your account whether or not your clients have paid you, and your commission is applied to that bill first.
Who owns the client?
You do. You look after the relationship, and any move of a client to you or to another provider is yours to handle. Canceling a service stops its billing under our normal terms.
Can I register a company that is already your client?
No. Companies that are already our clients, already registered by another partner, or on our do-not-contact list can’t be registered. The first valid registration wins.
