Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
The CRM Home Page
CRM opens on its home page (action crm.home):
- Tiles: the total of your open deals with how many are in progress (select it to open the Deals Board), and how many companies, contacts, leads, deals, and tasks you have (select one to open its list).
- Your Tasks for Today: your open tasks due by the end of today, overdue ones first and marked Overdue, each with what it is about. Tick the box to mark a task done (Tasks). Your tasks are the ones you own.
- Meetings This Week: meetings in the next 7 days.
- Recent Activity: the latest calls, emails, meetings, and notes.
- Add Lead, Add Contact, Add Deal, and Add Task open the form for a new record.
- Search everything opens Search with your words (Search).
A deal is open unless it is at a won or lost stage of its pipeline (Pipelines).
Each panel updates on its own as anyone changes records.
