Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Cancel Account: service now ends at 5 PM on the last day of the month by default, even when it falls on a weekend, so a client has the whole month. You can still choose another day for a one-off exception.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Every CRM record has the same layout: a header with its number, name, status, and key facts, its actions at the top right, At a Glance, the timeline, its details in groups, and its linked records.
- Status is a plain picker at the top of every company, contact, website, lead, and task, and Stage on every deal. A website's status is Active, Inactive, or Canceled.
- Edit opens a record's fields in a pop up, grouped the same way as its details, so the page stays short and easy to read.
- A website's page shows every service on it from Subscriptions, and whether each is on, ending, or ended, with a link to its subscription to change it.
- A contact's Billing contact, Monthly report, Portal access, and Email opt out are switches on their page.
- Websites have their own timeline: log calls and meetings, add notes and tasks, and a status change made for you by an assistant says who asked.
- Emails you send to contacts and leads now go out in your company's email template, ending with a short sign-off: your profile photo (or initials), your name, and your job title, with a line saying why it was sent.
- CRM Settings' Signature adds one short line to the sign-off, leaving out anything the sign-off or template already shows, and shows a preview as you type.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Cancel Account shows Confirmation Email near the top of the dialog, so you can turn it off before anything else. When it cannot be sent, it says why, and What Happens always says whether the client is emailed.
- A connected system that kept proposals before you used Proposals can check which of them are here and bring over only the missing ones. A proposal already here is never changed, and nobody is emailed.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Websites have two fields for nightly updates: Pinned plugins, the plugins and themes the nightly updates leave as they are, and Nightly updates, set to Off for a website that should not have them.
- An email to a contact or lead goes out during your business hours: after its undo minute while you are open, or at your next opening, and the timeline shows when.
- Websites have fields for what to watch on each site: its key pages, the forms and page elements to check and how often, extra checks, its competitors, and extra AI assistants to compare it in.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Cancel Account: owners and admins open a company and cancel its account. Service ends at 5 PM on the last business day of the month, or on a date you choose for a one-off exception, and you choose which services end.
- The services' end dates are set in Subscriptions, so nothing is billed after service ends, the final month's usage is still invoiced, and nothing is prorated or refunded.
- The client can get a confirmation email, sent in business hours, with wording you set in CRM Settings, Cancellations.
- When service ends the account becomes Former, open projects and tickets are closed with a note (nobody is emailed), and 30 days later the client's portal access ends. Every step shows in the company's history, with a banner on its page.
- Withdraw Cancellation puts everything back before service ends. Cancellations send events to webhooks and automations, and can be sent to one of your Connected Services.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- On a deal, task, or activity with a company chosen, the Contact list (and the Deal list on tasks and activities) shows only that company's contacts and deals, with Show All to look beyond it.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- A deal's amount, and the deal values and expected revenue worked out from it, follow Who Sees Prices in Proposals Settings: people who may not see prices see deals and their counts without dollar amounts.
- Test Accounts: owners and admins can mark a company as a test account on its page, to try out the client experience. A test account is never billed in Invoices or Subscriptions, and it is left out of reports, totals, and Home widgets.
- CRM no longer has its own Search page or search box on Home. Use the search at the top of the workspace: it finds the same companies, contacts, leads, deals, tasks, activities, websites, and notes. An old link to CRM's Search opens that search instead.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Each company opens with At a Glance: its project manager, what it pays each month and for which services, its websites, its key people, and its open projects and tickets, from every app you have.
- Companies have a Project manager field, the person who looks after the customer.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Leads, Tasks, and Activities, and one click to turn a lead into a customer with its company and a deal.
- Pipelines with stages and probabilities, and a deals board you drag cards across, by mouse or touch.
- Every customer’s timeline on one page: calls, emails, meetings, notes, tasks, changes, and records from your other apps.
- Tasks with due times and email reminders, and a calendar of tasks, meetings, and deals closing.
- Email contacts and leads from CRM, with a minute to undo, filed on their timeline.
- Automation rules that add tasks, set fields, or email your team when records are added or change.
- Reports with charts, search across every app, and warnings when a record looks like one you already have.
- Privacy requests: find, export, or erase everything about a person.
- Calculated numbers on each company, contact, and deal: open deal value, expected revenue, won value, and more.
