The Page

Opening a company, contact, lead, deal, task, activity, or website shows its page:

• Owner: who the record belongs to. People who may change owners see Change Owner (Roles). Someone who may only look sees the details without a Save button, and no Delete.
• Its numbers, worked out each time from its records, never stored (action crm.summary):
  • Company: contacts, open deals, open deal value, expected revenue (each open deal's amount times its probability), won deal value, open tasks, and last activity.
  • Contact: open deals, open deal value, expected revenue, won deal value, open tasks, and last activity.
  • Deal: expected revenue (the full amount when won, nothing when lost), status (Open, Won, or Lost), and days at its stage.
  • Lead and website: open tasks and last activity.
• Timeline, newest first (action crm.timeline): the calls, emails, meetings, and notes about it, its tasks (tick to mark done), email waiting to go out or that failed, and every change to it, with who made it and AI agent or Automation when they did.
• Log Call, Log Meeting, Add Note, and Add Task add an activity or task about the record, also linked to its company. Contacts and leads with an email address, who have not opted out, also have Send Email (Email).
• Details: every field, to change and save. If someone changed the record since you opened it, your changes are not saved and you are told to open it again.
• Linked Records: every record from every app that links to this one (deals, websites, Helpdesk tickets, Billing invoices, and the rest), up to 10 each with how many in all.
• Convert to Customer on leads (Leads), Stage on deals (Pipelines), and Delete. A record other records link to cannot be deleted until they no longer link to it.

AI Agents

Agents can read the timeline and the numbers of any record they can see.
