Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
At a Glance
Every company's page opens with At a Glance, a short card with what you need to know about the customer before you call them back, worked out each time from your records and never stored (action crm.company):
- Project manager: the person who looks after the customer, from the company's Project manager field. When that email belongs to someone in your workspace, their name shows. Change it under Details on the same page.
- Monthly value: what the customer pays each month, from Subscriptions, when your workspace has it. It counts the customer's active subscriptions billed every month or every year (a yearly one counts as a twelfth), each item running today, at its price less any discount still in effect. Usage, such as storage or email over a plan, is billed on top after each month, so it is not counted.
- Services: each of those items, the most expensive first, with its website, quantity, and discount. Select one to open its subscription.
- Open projects: from Projects, when your workspace has it: each project not completed or cancelled, with its status, manager, and due date.
- Open tickets: from Helpdesk, when your workspace has it: each ticket not closed, newest activity first. Spam and merged tickets are not counted.
- Websites and key people: the company's websites, and its contacts with their title, email, and phone. Billing contacts, people who get the monthly report, and people with portal access come first, marked as such. Former contacts are left out.
- Notes: the company's notes, if it has any.
Only what you may see is counted: a person whose role shows them only their own records sees only those. Selecting any item opens its page. The rest of the page (the numbers, timeline, details, and linked records) is described in A Record's Page.
Finding a Company Brought in from Another System
A company imported with an id from the system it came from (Importing) can be found by that id (action crm.company.find), so links from the other system can open the right company here. It finds only a company you may see.
AI Agents
Agents can read At a Glance for any company they can see, and find a company by its id from another system. Neither changes anything.
