Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
Search
Search looks through every module of every app at once: companies, contacts, leads, deals, tasks, activities, Helpdesk tickets, Billing records, and your own modules (action crm.search). Type at least 2 letters. Each module shows up to 5 matches, newest first, with how many match in all and the field that matched. See all opens the module's list. Only values are searched, never field names.
Duplicate Warnings
When you add a company, contact, or lead, CRM checks for one you already have (action crm.duplicates.check):
- People: the same name, email, or phone (the last 10 digits), across both Contacts and Leads, so a new lead who is already a contact is caught.
- Companies: the same name, or the same website domain.
The form lists the likely matches, each a link, and its button becomes Add Anyway. Nothing is ever blocked: you decide.
Duplicates in CRM Setup lists every group of likely duplicates in Companies, Contacts, or Leads (action crm.duplicates.scan), up to 100 groups.
AI Agents
Agents can search and check for duplicates.
