Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
Emailing a Contact or Lead
On a contact's or lead's page, select Send Email, write a subject and message, and send (action crm.email.send). The To address starts as the record's email; you can change it.
- A minute to undo: the email waits for a minute. Until then, Undo on the timeline takes it back (action
crm.email.undo). Only the person who wrote it can undo it. - When it goes out it comes from the sending address in CRM Settings, with your name and the signature under your message, and is filed as an Email activity on the record (and its company).
- If it fails, the timeline shows Not sent and why.
Email is refused when no sending address is set up, when the record has no email address, or when the record has Email opt out ticked. Email goes to contacts and leads only.
AI Agents
AI agents never send or undo email from CRM, since it reaches your clients. That stays with people.
