Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
Email Settings
Owners and admins see these in CRM Setup, Email Settings (action crm.settings.get), and change them with Change Settings (action crm.settings.save):
- Sending address: where CRM email comes from (email to contacts and leads, task reminders, and rule emails). It must be an address your email service lets MountDev Ops send from. Without one, CRM sends no email.
- Sender name: the name email comes from. Empty means your company name.
- Signature: added under your name at the end of email you send.
- Email task reminders: on by default.
Leave a field empty and save to clear it. Each change is recorded in the activity log.
AI Agents
Agents can read CRM Settings. Only people change them.
