Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

When Someone Asks

When a person asks what you hold about them, or asks to be forgotten, an owner or admin handles it in CRM Setup, Privacy Requests:

  • Find by their email address (action crm.privacy.find): every record in every app holding that address, and every record linked to their contacts and leads, with why it was found and whether it is in another app.
  • Export Everything (action crm.privacy.export): one file with every one of those records, every field (turned off ones too), and each record's history.
  • Erase (action crm.privacy.erase), after typing the address again:
    • Their contacts and leads, and the activities and tasks about them, are deleted.
    • Other CRM records (and your own modules) keep themselves but lose their link to the person and any value that is their address. A deal keeps its amount, not the person.
    • The history of what was deleted, and history entries naming their address, are removed. So is email waiting to go to them.
    • CRM never changes another app's records. If a Helpdesk ticket or Billing record links to the person, erasing stops and names them: remove those links there first. Records in other apps that only hold the address are listed after erasing, to erase there.

The Log

Requests handled lists each export and erase: when, who handled it, and how many records (action crm.privacy.log). It never says who a request was about. It keeps only a fingerprint of the address, so a repeat request can be recognized. The activity log notes each one the same way.

AI Agents

AI agents never handle privacy requests. They stay with people.
