Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
Tasks
Tasks are follow-ups: a subject, when it is due, its status (Open or Done), priority, an optional reminder time, and the company, contact, deal, or lead it is about. Add them from Tasks, the CRM home page, the Calendar, or a record's page.
Tick a task's box on the home page or a timeline to mark it done, or untick it to open it again (action crm.tasks.done). A done task keeps when it was done.
Reminders
Set Remind me on a task and, at that time, its owner gets an email reminder, once. Changing the reminder time sets a new reminder. Reminders need a sending address in CRM Settings, and can be turned off there (Settings). Done tasks are never reminded about.
The Calendar
Calendar shows a month (action crm.calendar): tasks on the day they are due, meetings on their day, and open deals on their close date. Previous and Next change the month, and selecting an item opens it. On phones the calendar is a list of the days that have something on them. Times show in your own time zone. A calendar shows up to 62 days at once.
AI Agents
Agents can read the calendar and mark tasks done or open.
