Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

Seeing Reports

Reports shows every saved report as a chart, table, or one number, worked out from the records each time (actions crm.reports.list and crm.reports.run). CRM starts with four, which you can change or delete: Deals by stage, Deals closing by month, Leads by source, and Open tasks by priority.

Making a Report

Owners and admins select Add Report or Change (action crm.reports.save), and Delete (action crm.reports.delete). A report has:

  • Records: any module, from any app.
  • Group by: any field, or nothing for one total. Dates group by month, several-choice fields count in each choice, and links show the linked record's name. Records with no value show as (None).
  • Show: how many records, or the total or average of a number or money field.
  • Only where: a field and the value it must have, or no filter.
  • Show as: a bar chart, a table, or one number.

Choice fields keep their choices' order, months go in order, and anything else goes largest first. A report shows up to 200 groups. Reports on a module that is turned off are hidden until it is turned on.

Run a report before saving it with action crm.reports.preview.

AI Agents

Agents can see, run, preview, add, and change reports. Only people delete them.
