Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes

  • Meet Now: start a video meeting in one click from the Schedule or the Chat window. Its guest link (with Copy) and the number and PIN to join by phone show at once, and anyone you pick gets the invitation right away.
  • Schedule a Meeting: choose the date and time in your company's time zone, the length, the people (contacts or any email address), the company and project, and video on or off. Invitations go out with a calendar invitation and the link to join, and reminders work as they do for booked meetings.
  • Reschedule and Cancel on a meeting's page send everyone invited the update or the cancellation, with the calendar change.
  • An invitation for a meeting that starts within the hour goes at once, at any hour, and video meeting invitations now include joining by phone.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes

  • Booking pages open again: since 0.5.0 a booking page could stay empty, so nobody could pick a time.
  • A meeting's transcript opens again beside its recording, and video meetings start again.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes

  • Meeting Types has its own place in Meetings' menu: every meeting type in one list, with New Meeting Type at the top, and Edit and Remove on each one.
  • Short booking links: every booking page and meeting type has a link that is easy to read and say, like /meeting/your-company/consultation. Change your company's link name in Booking Pages, Booking Links, and each page's or meeting type's link name where you edit it.
  • Use Your Website: links can start with your own website, like yourcompany.com/meeting/consultation, when your website passes its /meeting addresses to MountDev Ops, as websites on our hosting do.
  • Hidden meeting types and single-use links end with a short random code, so they cannot be guessed. Every link made before keeps working and opens the short one.
  • Booking pages are your company's: they show your company's name, and no team member's name or photo.
  • Join by phone: call your business number and press 2 to join a meeting with its PIN, shown on the meeting's page. Callers agree to a recorded meeting by keypad, wait on hold until your team starts it, and are heard by everyone.
  • Meetings are audio only to start: a clean grid of everyone with their name, picture or initials, and who is talking. Turn on Allow Cameras in Meetings Settings to offer cameras.
  • Anyone in a meeting can share their screen, and it takes the main area. A host can turn screen sharing off for guests.
  • A meeting starts only when someone from your team starts it. Guests who arrive first wait in a lobby with your logo and colors, and join by themselves when it starts.
  • When the last of your team leaves, the meeting ends after 5 minutes, or guests go back to the lobby, as you choose in Meetings Settings.
  • Guests agree that a recorded meeting is recorded before they join, or before they can talk when recording starts during the meeting. Each agreement is listed on the meeting's page and in your Activity Log.
  • The summary email is in your company's email template, like every meeting notice, and you see it exactly as it goes out before you send it.
  • Video meetings, the guest page, and the meeting link pages use your company's logo, brand color, and name.
  • Scheduling: everyone on your team has their own booking page with their own meeting types, and owners and admins can add team pages. Share a page's link, put it on your website, or add a Book a Meeting button.
  • A meeting type can include several people: Everyone Together offers only the times when all of them are free and puts every one of them on the meeting, and Round Robin gives each booking to whoever is free, evenly. A type can be hidden (only its own link books it), and a single-use link books once for one client.
  • Each person sets their working hours (your Business Hours until they change them), date overrides, and time off, and adds read-only links to their Google, Outlook, or Apple calendars so busy times there are never offered. Links are read every 5 minutes and again right before a booking is confirmed.
  • Bookers choose a time in their own time zone, answer your questions, and can invite others. Each booking makes a meeting with its attendees, links or adds the CRM contact and company, and sends a confirmation with a calendar invitation and links to reschedule or cancel.
  • Meeting notices for every meeting: invitations, updates, and cancellations go to attendees outside your company in your email template, with a calendar invitation that adds itself, plus a reminder the morning of the meeting and another 30 minutes before it starts. Your team hears on the bell instead, and never by email.
  • Your Profile has Your Calendars, with a private calendar feed of your own meetings to add to Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar, and Meeting Notifications, where you choose what reaches your bell.
  • Recordings are transcribed by themselves: a video meeting's recording or an uploaded one becomes a transcript beside it, with a bar that shows how far along it is. The sound stays inside Cloudflare, and the transcript is encrypted with your company's own key.
  • A recorded video meeting's transcript names who said each line. Other transcripts number their speakers, and Rename Speakers names them all at once.
  • Correct any line of a transcript right where you read it. Every change is kept in the transcript's history, and nothing is lost.
  • Search finds meetings by the words in their transcripts. Transcripts are for your team only: clients never see them.
  • Draft Notes From Transcript drafts the summary, decisions, and action items with your Claude key, for you to review and accept. Nothing is sent anywhere.
  • Turn automatic transcription off in Meetings Settings, or choose Don't Transcribe for one meeting. Minutes transcribed show in Usage.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes

  • A summary email goes out during your business hours: after its undo minute while you are open, or at your next opening, and the meeting's page shows when.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes

  • Meetings: every meeting with a company, contact, or deal in one place, with its date, attendees, agenda, notes, decisions, and action items.
  • Upload a meeting's recording and watch it on the meeting's page, from any point. It is encrypted with your company's own key, and every play and download is written in your Activity Log.
  • Upload a transcript (WebVTT, SRT, or text) to read it beside the recording, and select any line to jump there.
  • Send a summary to the attendees after the meeting: you see the email and choose who gets it before anything goes out, with a minute to undo.
  • Video meetings in the browser with your team and guests who need no account, through your Telnyx connection: camera, microphone, screen sharing, and a guest link you can turn off.
  • Hosts can record (everyone sees that it is recorded), mute and remove people, and end the meeting. Recordings are saved on the meeting by themselves, and each meeting's participant minutes show in Usage.
