On the Meeting's Page

The Notes card on a meeting's page has four parts:

  • Agenda: what the meeting is for, written before it.
  • Notes: what was said.
  • Decisions: what was agreed.
  • Summary: a few lines for the attendees. It is what the summary email leads with (Summary Emails).

Select Save Notes to keep them (action meetings.notes.save). If someone else saved the meeting since you opened it, nothing is saved and you are asked to open it again, so nobody's words are lost. Emptying a part clears it.

People who may only look at a meeting see its notes without the Save button.

Drafts by AI Agents

An AI agent you connect may draft any of the four parts with the same action, for example a summary from your notes. What it writes is saved like your own and marked "AI agent" in the meeting's history, so you can see what it wrote. It can never send the summary: a person always looks at it and sends it.
