MountDev Ops Meetings documentation | Updated October 22, 2026

Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

Every update passes all 2,225 automated checks before it ships, plus screen tests on 9 screen sizes for everything it changes.

Recordings in Your Client's Workspace

Your clients watch the recordings of the meetings they attended with you on the Meetings page of their own workspace, in its Managed Services menu. Each meeting is read from your Meetings every time, so what they see is always what your meeting has now. Nothing is copied into their workspace.

  • The list: each meeting they attended, newest first, with its title and when it was, and its recordings, each with its name, whether it is video or sound, and its size. A meeting with no recording yet is not listed.
  • Play: the player opens in place and plays from any point, a part at a time. Close Player closes it. There is no transcript panel and there are no captions.

A meeting is theirs when they are one of its attendees, as the CRM contact your workspace has for them, and that contact has Portal access on. A canceled meeting is never listed. Recordings play only for someone signed in to their workspace, never by a public link.

What Your Clients Never See

Only the recordings. Everything else stays with your team, and is left out before anything leaves your workspace:

  • Transcripts, their speakers and corrections, what a search finds in them, and notes drafted from them. Transcripts are for your team only (Recordings and Transcripts).
  • The meeting's agenda, notes, decisions, summary, action items, attendees, time, and every other file on it.
  • Meetings they did not attend.

A meeting or recording a client may not see answers exactly as one that does not exist.

Every Play Is Logged

Each time a client starts playing a recording, your company's Activity Log says which client played which recording from which meeting, and when, on their Meetings page. A recording that is paused and played again, or skipped ahead, is the same play. The sound sent counts as File downloads in Usage.
