Log the time a meeting took, or run a timer while it happens, right on the meeting's page. It is the same time tracking every app uses, so meeting time shows in your timesheets and in billable time beside time on projects and tasks.
The Time Card
The Time card on a meeting's page lists the time logged on it: who, the date, the note, whether it is billable, and how long. Members see their own time; owners and admins see everyone's. The card says what the time bills to.
- Log Time adds time on the meeting: the date (the meeting's day to start), how long (like 1:30, 1.5, or 45m), a note (the meeting's title to start), and Billable (action
core.time.log). - Start Timer starts a timer on the meeting (action
core.time.start). Stop and Log stops it and logs its time; Discard stops it without logging anything. A timer running on something else stops and is logged first, as anywhere in the workspace. - Delete beside an entry removes it (action
core.time.delete): your own, or anyone's for owners and admins.
Anyone who may see a meeting may log their own time on it. Someone who may not see a meeting cannot log time on it.
What Meeting Time Bills To
- A meeting linked to a project (Linking a Meeting to a Project): its time bills to that project, with the project's code, company, and website, exactly as time on the project itself. New time starts with the same hourly rate as time on the project (the project's rate, then the client's, then the default rate in Projects Settings).
- Without a project: its time bills to the meeting's company, with no rate.
Change the link and new and existing time follows it, since what time bills to is worked out from the meeting each time.
For AI Agents
An AI agent can see, log, and time its own person's time on meetings they may see, as with time on projects.
