Adding Action Items
On a meeting's page, Add Action Item adds what is to be done, who does it, and by when (action meetings.item.add). Who can be a name or an email address.
Done and Open
The box beside an action item marks it done, or open again (action meetings.item.status). The Schedule shows how many open action items each meeting has.
Turning an Action Item into a Task
Once Projects is added, Make a Task beside an action item turns it into a task in the project you choose by typing part of its name (action meetings.item.task). The task gets the action item's title and due date, its assignee when Who is an email address, and a note naming the meeting it came from. The action item keeps the task's number, so it is never made twice. Projects checks that you may add tasks to that project, as it does for any task you add. Until Projects is added, Make a Task is not shown.
For AI Agents
An AI agent can add action items and mark them done or open. Turning an action item into a task stays with people.
