Meetings Settings

Where to Find Them

Owners and admins find Meetings Settings on Meetings' Settings page, the last item of Meetings' menu (action meetings.settings.get). The same page lists Meetings' modules and fields, with their icons, and Meetings' roles (Apps). Meetings Settings also shows whether video meetings are on: they are once Telnyx is connected (Video Meetings).

The Settings

Change Settings (action meetings.settings.save):

• Sending address: the email address summaries go out from, such as team@yourcompany.com. Summaries cannot be sent until it is set. It must be an address your email sending is set up for (Email Delivery).
• Sender name: the name summaries come from, and the company name they are signed with. Your company's name is used when it is empty.
• Time zone: for the dates in summary emails (America/Los_Angeles at first).

Emptying the sending address or sender name clears it.
