Adding Attendees
On a meeting's page, Add Attendee adds one of three kinds of people (action meetings.attendee.add):
- Team member: someone in your workspace, with their name and email address.
- Contact: one of your CRM contacts, with their name and email address. Type part of their name and choose them from up to 8 matches (only contacts you may see).
- Guest: anyone else, by name, with an email address if they should get the summary.
Nobody is added twice: an email address or contact already on the meeting is refused with their name.
Taking Someone Off
Remove beside an attendee takes them off the meeting (action meetings.attendee.remove). Their contact record, if any, stays exactly as it is.
Who Gets the Summary
Every attendee with an email address can get the summary email. A contact who asked not to get email is shown but cannot be chosen, and neither can an attendee without an email address (Summary Emails).
For AI Agents
Attendees may receive email, so only people add and remove them. An AI agent can see who attended.
