What White Label Is

White Label puts a partner's own brand on what their clients see: the brand name, a logo, the header and accent colors, a support email, a website, and a custom domain. A brand is set per partner, per tier, or both; a partner's own value wins over their tier's, one value at a time. It is on the White Label page in Partners, for owners and admins.

When a Brand Is Used

A client company gets a partner's brand when all of these hold:

• the company is marked Resold or White Label in CRM (Relationship), because the partner looks after it;
• it has a qualified referral from that partner, and the partner is Approved or Paused;
• the partner's program is White Label, or their tier allows white label;
• the brand has a name.

A client you brought in yourself, or one a partner only referred, always gets your own brand.

Where Brands Show

• Helpdesk emails to the client: receipts, replies, and follow-ups to the client's people use the partner's name, logo, colors, website, and support email, and the partner's name as the sender's name. Your company's postal address, phone, and badges are left out.
• Other emails in the company template: any email an app lays out in your email template for that client uses the same brand.

Not branded yet: invoices (resold and white-label clients are billed by their partner, so invoices keep your own details), client portal pages, and the monthly website report. The custom domain is saved with the brand; client pages on a partner's own domain are not available yet. The White Label page lists all of these.

The White Label Page

The page (action partners.brands.list) shows where brands show, every approved or paused partner with their brand and a preview, whether their program or tier allows white label, and the clients their brand reaches, and every tier with its brand.

• Edit Brand (action partners.brand.save) changes a partner's or a tier's brand. The logo and website must be web addresses starting with https://, the colors look like #1a5fb4, and the custom domain is a domain such as portal.example.com. An empty value clears it. On a tier it also says whether partners in the tier may brand.
• To see which brand a client company's emails use, action partners.brand.for answers for one company.

Partners whose program or tier allows white label can also change their own brand, with a preview, on their partner page (Partners and Their Page).

For AI Agents

AI agents can read the White Label page and which brand a company gets (partners.brands.list, partners.brand.for). They cannot change a brand.
