Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

The Partners Page

Partners opens on the Partners page for owners and admins (action partners.overview). It shows:

  • Tiles: active partners, applications waiting, link clicks in the last 30 days, and commission earned but not paid (with what has been paid).
  • Applications: each with the type, email, the day they applied, and their message, with Approve and Turn Down.
  • Partners: every partner who is not an application, with their type, program, code, qualified referrals, clicks in the last 30 days, status, and what they are owed. Choose one to open their page.
  • Payouts to Make: payouts waiting to be paid, each with Mark Paid (Commission, Payouts, and Statements).
  • Affiliate Applications: the address of your public application page, when applications are open.
  • Run Check Now runs the commission check at once, and Make Payouts makes a month's payouts.

Members see the Partners, Referrals, Payouts, and Commissions modules as their role in Partners allows (Roles).

A Partner's Page

Choose a partner to see everything about them (action partners.partner.get): their status, whether they have opened their partner page, clicks, qualified referrals, what they have earned and been paid, their link and terms, their referrals, commissions, payouts, the invites sent to them, and the monthly statement. Edit Details opens the partner's record to change any field, such as their commission rules.

Approving a Partner

Approve (action partners.partner.approve) works for an application, a partner who was turned down, or one you added as Applied:

  • The partner gets a link code, unless they already have one no other partner uses: 8 letters and numbers, without look-alikes such as 0 and O.
  • An Affiliate with no commission rules of their own gets the program's default rules written on their record, so a later change to the defaults never changes an approved partner's terms. A Partner gets only the rules you set on them.
  • When the partner has an email address and Partners Settings has a From address, the invite email goes out. Otherwise the screen says what is missing.

Pausing, Resuming, Ending, and Turning Down

Action partners.partner.status changes where a partner stands:

  • Pause an approved partner: their link stops counting clicks and they cannot register referrals, but commission on referrals they already have is still earned. Resume brings them back.
  • End an approved or paused partner: nothing more is earned on payments after that day, and their partner page closes. What they already earned is still paid.
  • Turn Down an application: it is kept, marked Declined. No email is sent.

The Invite and the Partner's Own Page

Partners sign in with their own Cascadia account, like everyone else. There is no separate sign-in.

  • The invite email (action partners.partner.invite sends it again) has a link that works once, for 14 days. Sending a new invite replaces the old link.
  • When the partner opens the link while signed in, their page is added to their own account, under Account, Partner. If they are signed out, they sign in first and come straight back.
  • Remove Page Access (action partners.partner.revoke) closes their page. Their link and commission keep working.

On their page, a partner sees only their own program with you:

  • their terms, their link and code, and their clicks;
  • their referrals, by business name only, with the source, the date, the status, and the reason one was turned down;
  • for a Partner (not an Affiliate), the names and status of the client companies they brought in;
  • what they have earned and been paid, their earnings by month with a Statement download for each month, and their payouts;
  • Register a Referral, to register someone they are introducing to you directly.

They never see anyone's email address or name, an invoice or its amount, your prices, or anything about another partner.

For AI Agents

AI agents can read the Partners page (partners.overview) and a partner's page (partners.partner.get). They cannot approve, pause, end, invite, or remove a partner, add or turn down referrals, make or pay payouts, download statements, or change settings: those decide who is paid and who sees a page in your workspace, so they stay with people.
