Part of the One Account
Partners and affiliates sign in the same way as your clients and your team, with the same account, passkeys, and security rules, and their partner area is a section of their own workspace: Partner Program (or Affiliate Program), in the same menu, app switcher, and workspace switcher as everything else. There is no separate sign-in, portal, or address to keep track of.
- Its address:
/account/partner, and each section has its own, like/account/partner/earnings. Back and Forward move between sections. - Older addresses: the Partner Portal's old addresses (
/account/partners/portaland its sections) go to the same section here. A website can send its own address on too (Cascadia'scascadiawebservices.com/partners/and/partners/earningsgo to/account/partnerand/account/partner/earnings). - Signing in: someone signed out is asked to sign in first, then comes back to the same section. On your website, a link to the partner area brings the sign-in onto the same page, and once they are signed in the workspace comes in there at the partner area, with no page load.
- The invite: the welcome email's link opens the partner area. Signed out, it asks them to sign in first; then the program is added to their own account and the partner area opens on it.
- More than one program: each program is its own entry in the app switcher and the workspace switcher, and its pages have a Program picker at the top.
- An application: once sent, an application can be followed in the applicant's own account (Follow It in Your Account on its confirmation and status page). Its Application page shows where it stands (Received, Under Review, then Approved or Not Approved) and changes as it is reviewed. Once the program approves them and they open the welcome email's link, the program's own pages take its place.
- The workspace switcher: the company name under the greeting (and Workspaces in the Account menu) lists every company the person can open, each with its data region, and the partner area under its company. Someone in no partner program sees Become a Partner or Affiliate there instead, which opens the application (Your Workspace).
What Partners See
Their partner area opens only after they accept the current agreement (Applications and Approval). Then its sections, each shown only when it applies, in the workspace's menu:
- Overview: their terms, their link and code, clicks, what is pending, cleared, and paid, their tier, and their score.
- Referrals: Register a Referral and every referral credited to them.
- Clients: their clients and what each one sees (below).
- Earnings: the Commission Statement, earnings by month with a PDF statement for each, their commissions, Payouts to Your Bank (Stripe Connect), and every payout.
- Pricing (partners only), Badge, Branding (when white label is allowed), Portal Address, API, and Agreements.
In more detail:
- Your Tier: their tier by its customer-facing name (like Select Partner), the progress bar to the next tier with the dollars still needed ("$18,400 more in 6-month spend to reach Select Partner", always an amount over the tier's window, never a count), what is counted (recurring services only over the rolling window; project work and costs passed through at cost never count), and how long they keep a tier after falling below it.
- Your Score: the score from 0 to 100, each part, what raises or lowers it, and in plain words what it is doing to their tier and what to improve first (Health Score and Weekly Checks).
- Commission Statement: each referred client with what they paid for recurring services, the rate, and the commission; for affiliates, months paid and months left; what was applied to their own bill, sent to their bank, held, or taken back. Download PDF and Download CSV show Preparing until the file is ready (Commission, Payouts, and Statements).
- Your Pricing (partners only), below.
- Your Badge (The Partner Badge).
- Your Clients, Your Portal Address, and API Access (below, and The Partner API).
- Referrals, Earnings by Month, Payouts to Your Bank (Stripe Connect), Register a Referral, and Agreements.
Confidential Pricing
A partner's pricing is behind a frosted panel that says your program's confidential words (at first: "Confidential. Do not publish or share, per the Partner Agreement."). It opens with a click, and every opening is recorded with the time and a traceable mark. The opened pricing shows:
- Their tier and discount on recurring services, the rules (recurring services only; project work and pass-through costs get no discount), and every tier's discount.
- Their price for each recurring service next to the list price.
- What is included next to what is typical in the market, as your program's own rows (facts only, no competitor names).
Across it is a watermark with the partner's name, their mark, and the date, and the text carries the same mark hidden in it. Your team sees each opening on the partner's record. The weekly checks search the web for the mark (Health Score and Weekly Checks).
Your Clients (the Agency View)
Partners see every client they look after: clients on their own bill and clients they referred who pay you directly, each with their websites and services. For each client they choose what the client sees:
- None: the partner handles everything.
- Branded reports (coming soon): monthly reports in the partner's brand.
- Branded portal (coming soon): the client's own sign-in in the partner's brand, with the sections the partner turns on (monthly reports, uptime, backups, requests). Billing is never shown to a client, since the partner bills them.
Branded reports and the branded portal are not built yet (Joshua, 2026-10-16). The partner's choice for each client is saved and applies when they open.
Partners add clients and sites themselves with the website plugin's connect or the shared-login setup, and turn services on or off the way any client does. They cancel a client's services with the same self-serve cancel any client has; billing stops under your normal terms. The partner owns the client relationship, including any move to another provider.
Your Portal Address
Coming soon (Joshua, 2026-10-16). The section says so and asks nothing of the partner. Serving the client portal, its sign-in, and emails on a partner's own address (like portal.theiragency.com) is not built yet, and no DNS record is ever shown to a partner: when it opens, the partner shares their domain's DNS with you in Cloudflare (the DNS role only) and it is set up for them. Partners Settings keeps Partner Portal Addresses (the zone with Cloudflare for SaaS on, and the address partners point at) for then.
API Access
Their limits by tier, today's use, what the next tier unlocks, and their keys (The Partner API).
