MountDev Ops Partners documentation | Updated October 14, 2026

Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

Every update passes all 1,932 automated checks before it ships, plus screen tests on 9 screen sizes for everything it changes.

What It Is

Approved partners and affiliates can read their own clients' data from their own tools: their clients, the clients' websites, services, and usage, their own invoices, and their clients' tickets. It only reads, and only what is theirs: a client of someone else, or another partner's data, is never in an answer.

API Keys

Partners make keys on their own page, under API Access (up to five). A key is shown once when it is made; only a scrambled form of it (SHA-256) is kept, so a lost key cannot be shown again, only revoked and replaced. Revoking a key stops it at once. A paused partner's keys keep reading; an ended partner's stop.

Requests

Send the key as a Bearer token:

GET /account/partners/api/v1/clients
Authorization: Bearer mdp.…
ResourceWhat it returns
clientsEach client: id, name, status, and whether it is billed on your bill or directly
sitesEach client website: id, client, domain, status, platform
servicesEach client's services
usageMonthly usage by client and domain
invoicesYour own invoices: number, status, dates, total, balance
ticketsYour clients' tickets: number, client, subject, status, dates

Add ?client=<id> to read one client. Answers are JSON: { "data": [...] }, or { "error": "..." } with a 4xx status.

Limits by Tier

Limits are your program's own data, set on each tier (Tiers): requests a minute for each key, requests a minute for the partner in all, and requests a day. A partner without API numbers on their tier gets 30 a minute for each key, 60 a minute in all, and 5,000 a day. Limits rise with the tier and fall with it.

Every answer carries:

  • X-RateLimit-Limit: the per-minute limit that applies.
  • X-RateLimit-Remaining: requests left this minute.
  • X-RateLimit-Reset: seconds until the minute starts again.

Over a limit, the answer is 429 Too Many Requests with Retry-After, the seconds to wait. The daily count starts again at midnight UTC. The API Access card shows the limits, today's use, and what the next tier unlocks.

(Planned) the AI Connector for Partners

Partners will also be able to read the same data from an AI assistant through a connector limited to the same keys and permissions. Until then, use the API.
