MountDev Ops Partners documentation | Updated October 16, 2026

Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

Every update passes all 1,932 automated checks before it ships, plus screen tests on 9 screen sizes for everything it changes.

What Runs on Its Own

Nothing here creates work for your team. The checks run on their own, problems become flags with their evidence, and a partner's score moves their tier on its own. There is no review step and no automatic pause.

  • Tiers are checked every morning (Tiers).
  • The weekly checks and every partner's score run every Monday at 7 AM Pacific.
  • The owner's monthly summary goes out on the 1st when it is on in Partners Settings: top performers, new partners, partners inactive for 60 days, and what was flagged.

The Weekly Checks

  • Leaked pricing: a web search for your confidential pricing words and each partner's traceable mark (needs the Web Search connection in Settings, Connections). A copy that carries a mark points to the partner it was shown to (Your Partner Page).
  • Reseller pricing: a partner who resells under your name (their own pages name your brand words) must charge your list prices exactly, so their website listing one of your recurring services at any other price, above or below, is a finding (Reselling under our name at prices other than our list prices) and counts against their score. A white-label partner sells under their own brand at any price and is never checked for pricing, and neither is a partner whose pages never name you. Clients a partner refers pay you directly at your list prices. Flags from the earlier check (Below list price) stay as they were found.
  • Affiliate abuse: self-referrals, sign-ups that never pay, sign-ups with no visit behind them (a sign of cookie stuffing), and paid ads on your brand words (from Ahrefs, when connected).
  • Client quality: complaints in Helpdesk, bounced email, and unpaid invoices among a partner's clients.
  • The partner's business: their website down, and their domain expiring soon.
  • Blocked registrations: attempts to register a company the program already has (Links, Signups, and Referrals).

Owners and admins see the flags on the Partners page under What the Weekly Checks Found, with action partners.flags.list, and can hide one with action partners.flag.dismiss. AI agents may read the flags; they never email anyone.

The Score

Each approved partner gets a score from 0 to 100 every week, from seven parts, each 0 to 100:

PartWeightWhat it goes by
Spend or referral trend20The last 90 days against the 90 before
Client retention15Clients still active
Paying on time15Overdue invoices
Client quality15Complaints, bounces, and unpaid invoices
Following the agreement15Serious flags cost 40, others 10; the first blocked registration in 90 days costs nothing, each one after it 20
Agreement accepted10The current version accepted
Recent activity10Clicks, referrals, and payments in the last 30 days

The list of partners shows each score with its change since last week. On their own page partners see their score, each part, and in plain words what is affecting their tier and what to improve first.

How the Score Affects the Tier

The bands are your program's own data (Partners Settings, Partner Program, Score and tiers). At the start:

  • 70 or more: the normal grace period (one month in the tier after falling below it).
  • 50 to 69: two weeks instead.
  • 30 to 49: no grace period; the tier follows spend right away.
  • Under 30: down one tier each month until the score recovers. The partner keeps earning at their tier's rate.
