Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
The Settings Page
Owners and admins find Subscriptions' Settings page as the last item of Subscriptions' menu. Members do not see it. It shows, in this order:
- The Monthly Run: whether Make monthly drafts on the 1st is on. Choose Change to turn it on or off. When it is on, the month's drafts are made at 5 AM Pacific on the 1st from subscriptions and usage, for clients with Billing Active on (The Monthly Run). When it is off, make them yourself with Make Monthly Drafts on the Monthly Run page. This is the same setting as in Billing Settings, since Invoices makes the drafts, so changing it in either place changes both. It is read with action
invoices.settings.getand saved with actioninvoices.settings.save, and every change is in the activity log. - Modules and fields: Products, Subscriptions, Subscription Items, and Usage Months, each with its icon. Change, turn off, or delete a module or field here, the same as any module (Modules and Fields).
- Roles: who can see and change Subscriptions' records (Roles).
