Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

What Subscriptions Is

Subscriptions keeps your products and prices, your clients' subscriptions and their items, and each website's usage, and once a month turns them into invoices. It never bills on its own: it hands each month's drafts to Invoices, which numbers, emails, and charges them. So Subscriptions needs Invoices, and adding Subscriptions adds Invoices (and CRM) too. If Invoices is ever missing, Subscriptions says so and makes nothing.

Subscriptions and Invoices were one app, Billing, until October 2026. A workspace that had Billing has both apps now, with every product, subscription, item, and usage month kept as it was.

Starting Modules

Every module can be changed, given its own icon, turned off, or deleted on Subscriptions' Settings page, the last item of its menu, the same as any module (Modules and Fields).

  • Products: name, price (rates below a cent, like $0.002, are kept as they are), how often it is billed (Month, Year, or Week), kind (Recurring, One Time, or Usage), SKU, category, unit, and whether it is active.
  • Subscriptions: name, company, status (Active, Paused, or Cancelled), how often it is billed, who it is billed to, start, end, and next bill dates, and notes.
  • Subscription Items: shown on each subscription rather than in the menu. Description, subscription, product, website, quantity, unit price, discount percent, the date the discount ends, start and end dates, and details.
  • Usage Months: each website's usage for a closed month: month, domain, website, company, total, whether the month is complete, the usage lines, the amounts used (storage, bandwidth, and email), and when it was frozen. A usage month is written once and never recalculated, so it is the evidence behind a bill.

Running Subscriptions

  • The Monthly Run: how the monthly drafts are made, the usage prices, and making them by hand.
  • Subscriptions Settings: the monthly run's setting, and Subscriptions' modules, fields, and roles.
