Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- A line can be marked Credit unused days. When it ends partway through a month it was already billed for, the next invoice credits the days after its end date, prorated.
- A connected hub can end a line it added, with its unused days credited, when a service or a website option is removed or lowered.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Billing once running: a line can be marked Setting Up, with the day it is expected to start. It is not billed, and is not in the next invoice's estimate, until its service is running.
- Start Billing on a line Setting Up starts it from the day its service started, with the rest of that month prorated on the next invoice. Lines without a service state bill exactly as before.
- A line added Setting Up through a connected hub starts billing on its own once the hub reports its service running.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- End everything on a website at once: its own lines end today, its unit of a line shared one per website ends today, and a shared usage or seat line keeps running for the other websites and stops naming it. Nothing is deleted and nobody is emailed.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- A line already billed on another invoice for the month is left off that month's new draft, with a warning, so it is never billed twice.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- A subscription's page lists its lines with the websites each one covers. Owners and admins can end a line on a day, today or later, with End Service, and see what happens before they confirm: it is billed through the month it ends in, and nothing after.
- A line that covers several websites, one unit each, can end for only some of them: those websites get lines of their own that end, and the line keeps the rest.
- A line that was never on an invoice can be removed with Remove.
- A line can keep its price until a date: set Price until, and Price after (or leave it empty for the product's price). Invoices issued after that date bill the later price, and the subscription's page says so, like "Discounted until Dec 31, 2027, then $125.00".
- A website on your hosting sends its own email under its Hosting: a Transactional Email line for it is not billed, and its emails count toward the hosting's included amount.
- The hosting usage prices (included storage and emails, and the price above them) start with the January 1, 2027 invoice. Until then each invoice bills your subscription lines as before, usage lines included, at their own quantity and price. Transactional Email is still billed per 1,000 emails from the December 1, 2026 invoice.
- Accepted proposals start their monthly and yearly services on their own: each recurring line becomes an item on the client's subscription, at the proposal's price, linked to its website (added to CRM when it is new), starting on the proposal's start day.
- An item that starts after the 1st is marked Bill the first month prorated, so the next monthly run bills the days left in that month along with the month ahead.
- Add services to a client's subscription with their website in one step, the same way an accepted proposal does. Adding the same thing twice changes nothing.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- An End date stops all billing after it: a yearly subscription whose end date has passed is not billed, and usage from months after a client's (or a website's) last service ended is not billed and is named in the run's warnings. The month service ends in is billed as usual, its usage on the 1st after.
- Cancel Account in CRM sets these end dates for you.
- With Monthly invoices set to send automatically, the monthly run sends each invoice that passes Invoices' safety checks and holds the rest as drafts. The Monthly Run page lists how many were sent and held, and why each one waits.
- A workspace whose billing moved in from another system waits for the first month of website usage it bills, even before any usage month is in.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Usage months come in by import, like any records. The monthly run waits for last month's usage before it makes the drafts, and tries again every hour.
- Invoices issued from January 1, 2027 use the 2027 usage prices, so December 2026 usage billed on January 1 uses them too.
- Subscriptions can keep the Zoho Books recurring invoice they replace, so the notice to stop it names it.
- Subscriptions has its own Settings page, the last item of its menu: the monthly run's setting, and Subscriptions' modules, fields, and roles.
- Subscriptions is its own app now, split from Billing: products and prices, subscriptions, website usage, and the monthly run. Every record you had in Billing is here as it was.
- The monthly run makes the drafts in Invoices on the 1st, for clients with Billing Active on.
