Our Commitment
MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.
Every update passes all 2,461 automated checks before it ships, plus screen tests on 9 screen sizes for everything it changes.
What They Are
When one of your clients has a task on their websites that is theirs to do, such as renewing a plugin license or giving your team access, their Tasks page tells them exactly how. With a price set for that kind of task, the task also offers Have Us Handle This: your client confirms once, and the price is added to their next invoice. Nothing is charged at that moment, and your team gets a request to do the work.
Setting the Prices
Owners and admins find Have Us Handle This Prices on Subscriptions' Settings page. Each kind of task has its own price:
- Plugin and theme licenses
- Access for your team
- Plugin replacements
- DNS changes
- Broken links
- Content changes
- Billing tasks
- Anything else
A price of $0 means you do not offer it, and that kind of task shows no button. Each price is kept as an ordinary product in your Products, named for the kind (for example Handled for You: Plugin and theme licenses, which is what your client sees), with the SKU handle- followed by the kind (for example handle-license) and the kind One Time, so it is billed like any other line: once, on the client's next invoice. Clearing a price turns its product off; nothing is ever deleted.
Owners and admins see them with action subscriptions.handle_prices.get and change them with action subscriptions.handle_prices.save. Every change is in the activity log.
