Add the address you want your website to answer at, such as www.example.com. The address starts as Pending.
- Add a custom domain to a website (action
sites.domain.add). - Take a custom domain away from a website (action
sites.domain.remove): the address is kept as removed and no longer served. Adding it again to the same website brings it back as Pending.
A website is served only at an address whose status is Verified or Active, and only once it is published. The status is set by the serving platform after it checks the address. Checking addresses and serving websites at them is the serving platform's job (Planned), so for now an address stays Pending.
Nothing here shows you an address's technical records. When the platform needs you to share your domain's DNS, it tells you in plain words.
