Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Dollar amounts follow Who Sees Prices in Proposals Settings: a project's budget and hourly rate, its billable amount, time entries' rates, and the default hourly rate show only to people who may see prices. Hours always show.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Also update existing project codes: when you change your Company Code or Project codes start with, the projects you have can take the new start, keeping their digits.
- Each project keeps its old code. Search, linked tickets, and your other systems still find a project by it.
- Each new project gets a code as it is made, when it is made without one: PRJ-1, PRJ-2, and on, or your Company Code's start (ACMEPR- with the code ACME) from Settings, Numbering.
- Project codes start with, in Projects Settings, sets a start of your own. A code typed by hand or brought in is kept as it is, and none is ever used twice.
- Costs, for owners and admins: what each project cost, from the team's hours at each person's pay rate on the Staff page and from AI agents' costs, each shown by name.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- A ticket can be linked to several projects. It shows under Tickets on each of them, and says how many other projects it is on.
- Unlink on a project's ticket takes off only this project; the ticket keeps its other projects.
- Tickets on each project: with Helpdesk too, a project's page lists the tickets linked to it, with their requester, status, and last activity. Select one to open it.
- Link a Ticket on a project's page: search your tickets by number, subject, or requester and link one, or Unlink one that does not belong.
- The Projects home shows how many open tickets each project has.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Projects: each project with its company, website, manager, status, dates, budget, tasks, and time on one page.
- Tasks with who they are assigned to, a status, a due date, and a priority, and your own open tasks on the Projects home.
- Time on projects and tasks, with a timer or typed in, billable or not, at the project's or client's rate. My Time shows your week across every app; Team Time shows owners and admins everyone's.
- Members see the projects they manage, are assigned to, or have a task on, unless Projects Settings shows them every project.
- Notes on projects and tasks: each note is added at the top with the time and who wrote it, by people, AI agents, API keys, and automations.
