Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Texts: each text you send shows once in the conversation. Before, a text could show twice, one copy stuck at Sending and one with how it went; only one text was ever sent. Its line now moves from Sending to Sent, Delivered, or Not delivered in place, and a double click or a held Enter sends one text.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Texts: each text you send shows whether it was delivered. When a carrier refuses one, it says Not delivered with the reason, such as Not 10DLC registered (40010), so you know to reach the client another way. A late update no longer turns a failed text back into Sent.
- Calls: your business number in the app. Calls ring in the Phone window on every device you have open, with the caller's name from your CRM. Call back, transfer to a teammate, and call waiting are built in.
- Texts, missed calls, voicemail with its transcript, and Call History, for owners and admins and for the people who look after each client.
- Calls ring and are made only in the app, never on anyone's personal phone. Connect your own Telnyx account in Settings, Connections, then copy the addresses from Calls Settings into Telnyx.
