Call Waiting

Someone already on a call is never rung on their other devices for a new one.

• A client whose people are all on calls hears Assigned Person Busy (Settings, Phone) and chooses: press 1 or say voicemail to leave a message, or press 2 or say team to reach someone else. With no answer, the message plays once more, then voicemail.
• When everyone the call is for is on a call, the caller hears While Waiting, then ring-back. Only the device each busy person's call is on shows who is waiting, with Hold and Send to Voicemail (action calls.wait) and the Time to Choose countdown (Settings, Phone). No choice in time is voicemail.
• Hold keeps the caller on hold music for up to two minutes. The call you are on is never put on hold. The moment your call ends, the waiting caller rings that device, after Connecting From Waiting.
• Send to Voicemail sends the caller to voicemail at once, unless someone else they are waiting for has not chosen yet.
