Results

A campaign that was confirmed shows its results on its page (campaigns.results):

• Sent: emails your sending service accepted, out of everyone it was going to.
• Delivered, Bounced, and Unsubscribed: from your sending service's delivery reports (set up the delivery reports address in Campaigns Settings), and from people using the unsubscribe link.
• Opened and Clicked: counted by Campaigns itself, and only for people whose email was sent with tracking allowed. An open is counted when the email's images load, so some mail apps count opens that did not happen and others hide opens that did. A click also counts as an open.

Links lists every link in the email with its clicks. People lists everyone the campaign was for, with what happened to their email: sent, left out (and why), not sent (and why), waiting, stopped, or may not have gone. Choose a status to see only those people, and Show More for the next 100.

When tracking is off, the email has no tracking image and its links go straight to your website (still with their UTM tags).
