Saved Filters and Lists

MountDev Ops Campaigns documentation | Updated October 14, 2026

Each campaign goes to the people in one saved filter or list. Both choose from a module with an email field, usually CRM's Contacts or Leads. Find them under Saved Filters and Lists in the Campaigns menu (campaigns.audiences.list).

Saved Filters

A saved filter picks people by their details when the campaign is confirmed, so it stays up to date by itself. Add up to 10 conditions; a person must match all of them. Each condition names a field, a way to compare (is, is not, contains, is empty, is not empty, is yes, or is no), and a value where one is needed. With no conditions, it is everyone in the module.

Lists

A list is the people you choose. After making a list, select People to search the module and add people, or remove them (campaigns.lists.people, campaigns.lists.add, campaigns.lists.remove). A list keeps the module it was made for.

Adding, Changing, and Deleting

New Saved Filter and New List add one, and Change changes its name, module, or conditions (campaigns.audiences.save). A saved filter cannot become a list or the other way around. Delete deletes it, never the people in it (campaigns.audiences.delete); one that a draft, scheduled, or sending campaign uses cannot be deleted until that campaign uses another.

Who Is Counted

Count shows how many people could be emailed right now, out of everyone with an email address, and who is left out and why: never agreed to get email, withdrew consent, unsubscribed, on the suppression list, bounced, marked an email as spam, Email opt out is on, on your Do Not Contact list, or the same address twice (campaigns.audience.preview). Everyone sees only the records their role lets them see, so the count, and who a campaign goes to, follows the person confirming it.

AI agents can list, add, and change saved filters and lists, add and remove people, and count them. They cannot delete them.
