Workflows can now format text, dates, and numbers, look words up in your own tables, branch, repeat for each item, and ask your own AI. Test with sample data, run a failed step again, get told when a workflow keeps failing, and roll back to any earlier version.
A workflow can now call a web service you connected in Settings, Connections. Pick the connection, say what to ask for, and the step does it. The key stays saved in the connection and is never shown or kept.
Pick Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI app, choose exactly what it may do, and approve it when it signs in. It works as you, with only the permissions you leave ticked.
Settings, Connections, Apps and AI lists what is connected and what each can do. Give a connection write, delete, or spending permissions, and approve what it waits to do.
Reports is here. Build a report from your own records with numbers, charts, tables, and your own words, for your team or for one client. Run it, download any table as a spreadsheet, and set a schedule for a client report, which waits for a person to approve who gets it.
Offer your own modules and actions to your customers through the same connections, permissions, and docs the product uses. Add a module, turn its actions on, and see which customers use them.
The menu now opens from the menu button, with your favorites and recent places first and your apps in groups. On phones, a bar at the bottom holds your places and More.
Write a short message for everyone or for the people with a permission, choose when it shows, and add a button. It appears in the bar at once.
Messages from your company now show in a thin bar at the top of every screen. Close one with its X, and find every one you were shown in the Announcements tab here.
Workflows now has its own screens. Build a workflow step by step, see what it will use, try it with Test Run, turn it on, and watch every run and what it counted.
Updates no longer open a pop up. A dot on the menu shows when something is new for you. Open the panel when you like, and close it any time.
