Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Signing invitations, the next signer's invitation, Send Invitation Again, and signed copies go out during your business hours. Sent while you are closed, they go at your next opening.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Also update existing contracts: when you change your Company Code or Contract numbers start with, the contracts you have can take the new start, keeping their digits.
- Each contract keeps its old number, which search still finds, and signing links you already sent keep working.
- Contract numbers follow your Company Code in Settings, Numbering (ACMEC- with the code ACME), or start with C- with no code.
- Contract numbers start with, in Contracts Settings, sets a start of your own; leave it empty to follow the code. Contracts Settings shows the next number, and none is ever used twice.

Fixes and Behind-The-Scenes Changes
- Contracts: templates with fields, and contracts started from them for your CRM companies and contacts.
- E-signatures by any number of signers in order, each from a private link that expires. No account or sign-in is needed, and signing unlocks only after the signer scrolls through the whole document.
- A full audit trail for every signature: name, email, time, IP address, browser, the fingerprint of the document, and the exact wording agreed to.
- The signed PDF with its signature certificate, emailed to every signer and ready to download from the contract.
- Renewal and end dates, with reminders to your team before each one, and contracts that renew themselves.
- With Proposals: an accepted proposal starts a contract from the template you choose in Contracts Settings, as a draft to review or sent for signature right away, as you choose.
- Automations can send a contract for signature from a template, for example when a deal is won.
