- More than one chat assistant: owners and admins add up to four more in Channels Settings, each asked by its own name, and each can be allowed in direct messages too.

- Channels is your team's own chat, in the Chat window: team channels, direct messages, and a chat on every project, task, and ticket.
- Mention a teammate with @ and their first name; they see it on the bell. Share files, react, and see who has read your messages.
- Owners and admins add channels in Channels Settings, can make one that everyone must read, and can connect a chat assistant your team asks with @.
