MountDev Ops

MountDev Ops

One workspace with 13 business apps from day one: CRM, Partners, Proposals, Forms, Meetings, Contracts, Invoices, Subscriptions, Helpdesk, Chat, Campaigns, Files, and Projects. Hosted and managed for you by Cascadia Web Services. Built for small businesses and agencies. Coming soon.

Every MountDev Ops workspace comes with

  • Every feature in every app
  • One sign-in for your whole team
  • Your own encrypted database
  • One shared set of records
  • API, webhooks, and automations
  • Works with your AI agents

Why MountDev Ops

One Workspace Instead of a Stack of Separate Tools

Most small businesses and agencies run on a pile of separate tools: one for leads and deals, one for support email, one for projects, one for proposals, one for website forms. Each has its own sign-in, its own copy of your customers, and its own bill, and keeping them in step becomes a job of its own.

MountDev Ops puts that work in one workspace. Each app works on its own and connects to every other app without setup, and Cascadia Web Services hosts, updates, and looks after all of it for you.

The Usual Way

  • A separate sign-in for every tool your team uses.
  • The same customer typed into several systems, and never quite the same in any two.
  • Integrations between vendors that someone has to build and keep running.
  • Features you need held back for a higher plan.
  • Your records spread across companies, each with its own rules for getting them back out.

With MountDev Ops

  • One sign-in, with every app one click away.
  • One set of records: the company on a ticket is the same company in CRM, on a project, and on a proposal.
  • Apps that connect to each other without setup.
  • Every app comes with every feature. Nothing is held back for a higher plan.
  • Your data in its own encrypted database, and yours to export at any time.

The Apps

13 Apps at Launch

How It Works

Sign in Once, Add the Apps You Need, Work from One Set of Records

Your workspace is where your company uses every MountDev Ops app. There is nothing to install: you sign in from your browser, and we run everything else.

01

Sign in Once

Your team signs in with one Cascadia account, the same sign-in as your Cascadia account. There is no separate password for each app, and you can add a passkey to sign in with your face, fingerprint, or device PIN.

02

Add the Apps You Need

Owners and admins add apps in Settings. An app that needs another adds it too, and adding an app never changes anything already in your workspace.

03

Share One Set of Records

Apps link to the same companies, contacts, and people. Search finds records in every app at once, and every open screen updates on its own when anything changes.

04

Shape It to Fit

Every module and field can be renamed, changed, turned off, or deleted, and you can add modules of your own. Updates never change your setup.

Built in to Every Workspace

These come with the workspace itself, so every app you add uses them the same way.

Roles and Record VisibilityOwners, admins, and members, plus a role in each app: Manager, Team member, Viewer, or one you write. A role can let someone see and change only the records they own.Read about roles
Activity Log and Record HistoryEvery change to your people and setup, every file download, and every API key call, with who did it and when. Each record keeps its own history, with the value before and after.Read about the activity log
Search Across Every AppOne search finds records in every app you have added, and shows each person only what they are allowed to see.Read about search
ImportingBring records in from another system or a file. Running the same import again never makes copies and never undoes your team's changes.Read about importing
Time TrackingTime and timers on records in any app that turns them on, with timesheets and billable time in one place.Read about time tracking
Update NoticesAfter every update, you see what changed the next time you open your workspace, in plain language.Read about update notices

How Your Clients Reach You

Your clients never need an account. They reach your team the ways they already do, and it all lands in your workspace.

Proposals by Private LinkSend a proposal as a private link. Your client opens it, downloads a PDF, and accepts or declines online, with no sign-in. You see when they open it.See Proposals
Email Becomes TicketsClient email to your support addresses becomes Helpdesk tickets, and your team replies from each ticket by email, from your own addresses.See Helpdesk
Chat on Your WebsitesA chat bubble on your websites that your team answers live. A chat becomes a ticket or a lead in one click.See Chat
Forms on Your WebsitesForms you build and put on any website. Every submission is kept, and it can become a CRM lead, a Helpdesk ticket, or both.See Forms
Upload Links for FilesSend a client an upload link and their files go straight onto that one ticket. Each link is signed, expires, and can be turned off at any time.Read about tickets
Replies That Stay in the ThreadHelpdesk replies stay in the same email thread in your client's inbox, and their answer joins the right ticket. A chat visitor can get their transcript by email.Read about email delivery

Integrations

Connects to the Rest of Your Business

MountDev Ops talks to the other systems you use, and every connection goes through the same checks as your own screens. Owners and admins manage all of it under Integrations.

REST API With API KeysGive each of your other systems its own API key. A key sees and changes exactly what its access allows, can be kept to the IP addresses you list, and can be revoked at any time. Every call is in your Activity Log.Read about the API
Signed WebhooksTell your other systems the moment a record is added, changed, or deleted, or when a ticket opens, a form is sent, or a proposal is accepted. Every delivery is signed, retried if it fails, and listed with its result.Read about webhooks
Inbound WebhooksLet another system post to an address of yours, and each post becomes a record in the module you choose, checked exactly as if it were typed in.Read about inbound webhooks
AutomationsWhen this happens, only if these are true, then do that: change a field, add a record, assign it, add a note, email your team, send a webhook, or call a connected service. Each new automation starts turned off so you can look it over.Read about automations
Email DeliverySend through MountDev Ops, or connect your own SMTP server or an email service such as Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Amazon SES. Send a test email and see every recent email and its result.Read about email delivery
Your AI AgentsConnect Claude, or any AI app that supports MCP connectors, and work in your workspace by asking. The agent works as you, with your permissions and never more, and every change it makes is marked in the activity log.Read about AI agents

Security and Privacy

Your Data Stays Yours

We host and manage MountDev Ops, and we built it so that we cannot see what you store in it.

Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

Every update passes all 1,932 automated checks before it ships, plus screen tests on 9 screen sizes for everything it changes.

Your Own Database and KeyEvery company gets its own separate database, its own file storage, and its own encryption key. Your data is never stored alongside another company's.
Encrypted in Transit and at RestEvery connection uses HTTPS. Your database and files are encrypted on disk, and encrypted again with a key that belongs to your company alone.
No One at Cascadia Can Open ItNone of our staff screens, tools, logs, or admin pages can show your records, and there is no "log in as the customer" button. Error reports and logs never include what you store.
Help Only When You AskIf you want our help inside your account, an owner or admin grants a named person temporary access for a set time. You can end it at any time, and everything they do is in your activity log.
Updates Never Change Your DataUpdates only add. Each one is tested against a full set of sample company data before release, and your workspace gets a restore point before every update.
No Tracking, No Lock-InNo analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts watch what you do. You can export all of your data at any time.

How Your Data Is Protected

Every Feature, Every App

Nothing Held Back for a Higher Plan

Every app comes with every feature. You never upgrade to unlock part of an app you already use.

What Comes with Every App

  • Every feature the app has, for everyone on your team who uses it.
  • Its own Settings page, with its modules, fields, and roles, all yours to change.
  • Plain-language documentation for every feature, kept in step with every release, and a support agent that answers from those docs.
  • Hosting, updates, and care by Cascadia Web Services.

Usage You Can See

  • Every product includes an amount of usage each month as part of its price.
  • Going past it never stops, slows, or blocks anything. Anything beyond the included amount is billed as usage on your next invoice.
  • The Usage panel shows what your company has used this month and your next bill, any time.
  • Usage is counts only: how many and how much, never what. We read the totals to bill you, never the records behind them.

Still have a question?

What is MountDev Ops?

MountDev Ops is a suite of business apps, hosted and managed by Cascadia Web Services. It launches with 13 apps: CRM, Partners, Proposals, Forms, Meetings, Contracts, Invoices, Subscriptions, Helpdesk, Chat, Campaigns, Files, and Projects. Every app works on its own and connects to every other app without setup, and your team uses them all from one workspace with one sign-in.

Is MountDev Ops available now?

Not yet. When MountDev Ops launches, all 13 apps arrive together on day one, not one at a time. The apps list on this page shows each app's status, and it changes as the apps move to Early Access and then Available. Talk to us to hear when your workspace can open.

Do I need to install or host anything?

No. Cascadia Web Services hosts MountDev Ops on Cloudflare, updates it, and looks after it. You and your team sign in from a web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.

Can Cascadia Web Services see my data?

No. Your company has its own database and its own encryption key, and none of our staff screens, tools, or logs can show your records. If you ever want our help inside your account, you grant a named person temporary access, you can end it at any time, and everything they do is in your activity log. How your data is protected.

Can I bring my data in, and take it with me?

Yes. Owners and admins can import records from another system or a file, and running the same import again never makes copies or undoes your team's changes. You can export all of your data at any time. There is no lock-in.

Are some features kept for a higher plan?

No. Every app comes with every feature. Each product includes an amount of usage each month, and going past it never stops or slows anything: what you use beyond it is billed as usage, and the Usage panel shows your next bill at any time.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Your clients accept proposals from a private link, email your support addresses, chat with you on your website, or send your website forms, all without signing in. Only the people your company authorizes sign in to your workspace, and each sees only what their role allows.

Does it work with my other software and AI tools?

Yes. Your other systems can use the REST API with API keys, hear about changes through signed webhooks, and add records through inbound webhooks. You can also connect Claude or any AI app that supports MCP connectors; it works as you, with your permissions, and it can never change people or roles, turn on an automation, or email your clients.
