Our Commitment

MountDev Ops is built security first. Your business data belongs to you, and you can export all of it at any time. We never use analytics or tracking of any kind inside MountDev Ops.

Where to Find Them

Owners and admins find Forms Settings in Setup, under Apps, once Forms is added (action forms.settings.get). A connected AI agent can see them too, without the secret key. Changes are made with action forms.settings.save, by people only.

Sending Address

The address emails about submissions come from: new-submission emails to your team and auto-replies to the people who send your forms, with a sender name such as your company name. Until it is set, no emails are queued. Cascadia verifies the address for sending; ask Cascadia support when you add a new one. An email that could not be sent is kept with the reason.

New-submission emails say who sent the form and on which page, list every answer, link to the submission, and come with Reply-To set to the person who sent it, so you can answer straight from your email.

Cloudflare Turnstile Keys

Spam protection on your forms uses Cloudflare Turnstile with your own widget, so it works on any website you own:

  1. In your Cloudflare account, add a Turnstile widget (it is free) and list your websites in it.
  2. Select Add Keys and enter the widget's site key (the public one, starting with a digit and x, like 0x4AAAAAAA) and its secret key.
  3. The secret key is checked with Cloudflare once, then stored encrypted with a key only your company's workspace can use. It is never shown again, to anyone, and is opened only to check a submission with Cloudflare.

Change Keys replaces them (leave the secret key empty to keep the saved one). Remove takes both away; forms with spam protection on then stop taking submissions until new keys are saved.
