Inside the Monthly Fee for Assist
Resolve bundles remote access with patching, monitoring, and service desk tools and prices from a 25 endpoint floor. We cover only the remote support part. Our monthly fee includes the Zoho Assist license on one invoice.
- A Zoho Assist organization opened under your company
- Technician seats created for the people who take calls
- Unattended agents installed in batches on Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Computers sorted into named groups
- Each technician limited to the groups their role needs
- Two factor sign in switched on for every technician
- Session recording and the audit trail turned on
- A branded portal for attended sessions
- Zoho Desk and CRM links so sessions attach to tickets
- Seats closed on the day someone leaves, plus a monthly access review
Where a Narrower Tool Wins
Resolve is wide. That breadth is a sound reason to choose it, and an equally sound reason to pass if you only need remote support.
No Endpoint Minimum
The Resolve pricing page states a minimum of 25 endpoints (October 2026). A shop with eight machines still pays for twenty five. Our plan is not sized by endpoints.
Remote Support Licenses Are Separate on Starter
Starter lists remote support licenses as an add-on, while Advanced and Complete include 1 (October 2026). Counting licenses is part of the arithmetic. Ours are carried inside the monthly fee.
Access Reviewed by a Person
Resolve lists unlimited agents and unlimited users on every plan (October 2026). Unlimited is useful only if someone checks who still holds access. We do that review monthly.
A Fair Word for Resolve
If you also want patch management, device monitoring, mobile device management, and a service desk in the same product, Resolve covers ground Zoho Assist does not (October 2026).
Who Needs Less Than Resolve
Shops That Need Only Remote Access
Resolve's Starter plan is built around unattended remote access, a knowledge base, and terminal access (October 2026). If that is all you use, you are paying for an IT suite.
Teams Wanting Tickets and Sessions Together
Zoho Assist connects to Zoho Desk, so one call becomes a ticket, a session, and a note in the customer record.
Firms Confused by the Product Name
Resolve's own page is titled LogMeIn Resolve (GoTo Resolve), with a GoTo copyright line (October 2026). Check which invoice, brand, and support line applies to you before a contract.
Choose GoTo Resolve if
- You want patching, monitoring, and a service desk in one suite
- You already manage 25 or more endpoints
- Round the clock support matters more to you than price
Choose Cascadia if
- You need remote support, not an IT suite
- You have fewer than 25 machines
- You want sessions tied to Zoho Desk and a monthly access review
How a Move from Resolve Runs
- 1
Inventory What Resolve Does for You
We list which Resolve features you actually use. Remote access moves to Zoho Assist. Patching, monitoring, and help desk features either stay with Resolve or need a replacement we name before you start.
- 2
Stage the Agents
Unattended agents on each machine are replaced in batches. We check each batch is reporting in before the next goes out, so no machine is left unreachable.
- 3
Rebuild Access
Technicians, device groups, and permissions are rebuilt from the role each person has today, not from the old account's drift.
- 4
Retire the Old Agents
Once nobody has needed Resolve for a full working cycle, the old agents come off the machines and the subscription ends at its renewal date.
How GoTo Resolve Works
GoTo Resolve Plans and Minimums
Resolve sells three plans by endpoint and quotes no prices on the page we read. Every detail below was read from its own pages in October 2026.

GoTo Resolve Alternative Questions
What Resolve includes, how its plans divide, and what we would and would not replace.
See Managed Zoho AssistStill have a question?
Is GoTo Resolve the same product as LogMeIn Resolve?
Its own product page is titled LogMeIn Resolve (GoTo Resolve) and carries a 2026 GoTo copyright (October 2026). The page lists an FAQ asking whether the two are the same but does not print the answer. Ask GoTo which brand will appear on your invoice.
What is the minimum size to buy GoTo Resolve?
Resolve's pricing page states "Minimum 25 endpoints required" with unlimited users and unlimited agents (October 2026). A business with ten computers still buys capacity for twenty five.
What does the Starter plan include?
Unattended remote access, an AI enhanced knowledge base, terminal access, a background file manager, and screen blanking (October 2026). Remote support licenses are listed as an add on, so the person who starts a session is bought separately.
What does Advanced add?
Device monitoring and alerts, Windows patch management, a remote support license, AI powered self service, and remote execution (October 2026). It is the plan where Resolve starts to act as an IT management tool.
What is in Complete?
Everything in Advanced plus mobile device management, application patching, patch management policies, self healing alerts, and problem management (October 2026). Resolve labels it the most popular plan.
Does GoTo Resolve publish prices?
The plan page we read lists them as "per month, billed annually" but shows no dollar amounts (October 2026). We will not quote figures from third party sites. Ask GoTo for a quote before you compare.
Does Resolve have a free trial?
A Start for Free button says no credit card is required (October 2026). The page does not state how long the trial runs, and there is a separate trial link for MSPs.
What support does Resolve offer?
The product page promotes 24/7 customer support (October 2026) without describing tiers or response times. Our replies come within two business days from the team that configured your rollout.
Does Zoho Assist patch machines or monitor devices?
No. Zoho Assist is remote support and unattended access. If patching or monitoring is a real requirement, Resolve covers ground we do not, and you should weigh that honestly.
How does Assist connect to ticketing?
Zoho Assist integrates with Zoho Desk, and we configure it so a session lands on the ticket that caused it. Resolve lists service management of its own, including a help desk and a knowledge base (October 2026).
Who holds the Zoho Assist license?
We do, billed inside our monthly fee on a single invoice. Assist is the one Zoho service where we carry the subscription. Since it sits in our name, ask how it would transfer before you sign.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Technician seats and their removal, batch rollout of unattended agents, device groups and permissions, two factor and session recording, the Zoho Desk link, and a monthly access review. Plans begin at $250 a month.
Can you move us off GoTo Resolve?
Yes, for the remote access part. We rebuild technicians, groups, and agents in batches. Patching, monitoring, and mobile device management would need to stay with Resolve or be replaced elsewhere. We name that gap before you commit.
Can we cancel our service with you?
Yes, whenever you like. Service ends on the last business day of that month, and your session data and configuration stay yours.
