The Managed Way To Replace SocialPilot

Keeping a calendar filled, replying before a comment goes cold, watching what people say about you, and proving any of it produced revenue is where most accounts fall apart. Managed Zoho Social covers the channels, the schedule, the inbox, the listening, and the reporting, all inside the Zoho account your company owns. Every conversation worth following lands in Zoho CRM instead of a notification nobody saw.

With Cascadia you get

Setup is included, not extra
Your team trained, not locked out
We manage your website as well
Migrations that keep your queue
Your accounts, your audience
Connected to the rest of Zoho

The short version

What you get here instead of SocialPilot

A question left for four days costs more than the post earned. So monitoring covers mentions and comments rather than just the publishing schedule, and anything needing a real answer reaches a person who can give one.

What our team takes on

Social media is the marketing channel most often abandoned mid-year, and the abandonment is visible.

Your team trained, not locked out

We train your people on the composer, the approval flow, and the unified inbox, and leave written notes behind for the next hire. You post what cannot wait, and send us the routine calendar.

We manage your website as well

Social rarely works on its own. Because we run WordPress sites and Zoho Campaigns too, we can point a post at a landing page that actually exists and line your calendar up with what your email is sending.

Migrations that keep your queue

Switching schedulers usually means an empty calendar for a fortnight. We rebuild your posting schedule in Zoho Social, carry the queued and evergreen content across, and recreate your monitoring streams.

Your accounts, your audience

Nothing lives behind an agency login. If you bring this back in house or move to another provider, there is nothing to hand over because it was never ours.

Who this comparison is for

Businesses paying too much for Hootsuite

If your scheduler costs more every year and you use about a third of it, this is the common exit.

Service firms that sell on reputation

When referrals and reviews drive your pipeline, a stale profile costs you work. We keep the posting consistent, answer reviews and mentions in your voice, and make sure a question asked in public gets a reply within two business days.

Companies whose social has no internal owner

Somewhere between the office manager and the founder, the accounts became nobody’s job.

How our managed Zoho Social service works

Whether you are starting from silent accounts or moving off a scheduler somebody set up years ago, the sequence is the same. We get the channels and the calendar right first, then the inbox and the monitoring, then the reporting.

  1. 1

    We assess your current setup

First we look at how things run today: what you already pay for, what is configured where, and which parts are actually causing you trouble.

  2. 2

We connect and structure your channels

We start with what you have, whether that is Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout, or a few logins nobody has opened since spring.

  3. 3

We build the calendar and the streams

Next come the pieces that make the account earn its keep, meaning a filled content calendar with slots held for campaigns, SmartQ timing enabled per channel, monitoring streams for your brand and your competitors, response templates for the questions that repeat, and a CRM connection that turns a good conversation into a lead.

  4. 4

We run it and report on it

From there you get the ongoing work, meaning posts scheduled and checked after they publish, the unified inbox worked on a set schedule, mentions and reviews answered or escalated, evergreen content rotated before it goes stale, and a monthly read on reach, engagement, and leads created.

How SocialPilot works

What SocialPilot does, in their own words

SocialPilot prices in account tiers with user seats attached. The figures below come from their own published pricing, read in September 2026, with annual billing about 15 percent cheaper.

Essentials, $30 a month or $25.50 annually (September 2026)Around seven accounts, one user and 500 AI credits.
Standard, $50 a month or $42.50 annually (September 2026)Around 15 accounts, three users, social inbox and team collaboration.
Premium, $100 a month or $85 annually (September 2026)Around 25 accounts, six users, and the tier where client approvals and white-label reports begin.
Ultimate, $200 a month or $170 annually (September 2026)Around 50 accounts, unlimited users and advanced white-label branding, with Enterprise quoted above it.
Client features are split across two tier jumpsClient approvals need Premium and advanced white-label needs Ultimate, so an agency wanting both commits to $200 a month.
Extra accounts sell in bundlesReported at about $4 each but sold in blocks of five for $20, so an eleventh account costs the same as five. Extra users are about $5 each.

How is Cascadia different from SocialPilot?
The main difference is that your team gets trained rather than locked out. We train your people on the composer, the approval flow, and the unified inbox, and leave written notes behind for the next hire. You post what cannot wait, and send us the routine calendar.
You keep everything. Your social profiles, your Zoho subscription, your content, and your reporting history all sit in accounts registered to your company, so there is nothing for us to hand back because none of it was ever ours. We remove our access, document how the calendar and monitoring are set up, and give your team or your next agency a working handover.
It is a subscription where we run your Zoho Social account for you at a flat monthly rate. That covers connecting and maintaining your social channels, keeping the content calendar filled and scheduled, working the unified inbox, monitoring brand and competitor mentions, building your reports, and wiring the whole thing into Zoho CRM, Desk, and Campaigns. You keep ownership of every account. We handle the setup, the daily operation, and the ongoing changes.
Zoho Social is a social media management tool. It connects your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest accounts into one place so you can schedule posts across all of them, see comments and messages in a single inbox, monitor mentions of your brand and competitors, and report on what performed. It also connects directly to Zoho CRM, which most standalone schedulers cannot do.
At this rate we manage and publish rather than produce. You supply the posts, images, and video, or your existing agency does, and we handle the calendar, the formatting for each network, the scheduling, the approvals, and the checks after publishing. If you want original copy, graphics, and video produced each month as well, that is a larger engagement and we will quote it separately.
As many as your Zoho Social plan supports. Zoho counts channels per brand, so the number you can connect depends on the tier you are on. In practice most businesses run four to eight profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. If you have multiple locations or product lines, we structure them as separate brands so the reporting stays meaningful.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people call. We rebuild your posting schedule in Zoho Social, carry your queued and evergreen content across, recreate your monitoring streams and saved searches, reconnect every channel, and keep the old tool running in parallel until a full week has published cleanly. Nothing gets switched off until the new setup is proven.
The main difference is the CRM connection. Zoho Social talks directly to Zoho CRM, so a commenter or message sender can become a lead with the conversation attached, which the standalone tools cannot do without middleware. Zoho Social is also considerably cheaper per user. The trade off is a smaller set of third party integrations and lighter analytics than Sprout offers at the top end.
We work the unified inbox on an agreed schedule during business days, and we route anything that needs a real answer from your team to the right person within two business days. Complaints and anything with reputational risk follow an escalation path we agree at setup, so they reach a decision maker in minutes rather than sitting in a queue overnight.
